She told them she only drives around town to the grocery store or doctors appointments and they sold her extended warranties and an oil change package. They told her the car was a single owner car from someone in Ottumwa. The CarFax report when she traded it in said it was a rental car that came from Massachusetts. Gregg Young also told her it had never been wrecked but CarFax said it had been. They also gave her next to nothing for her trade in. All they do is take advantage of people who don't know enough about trading in or buying vehicles. All the while telling the buyer that they are part of the community and can be trusted to do right by the buyer. They are NOT good people!

The routine transmission maintenance was not preformed on the car when it was being serviced at this business. Then the transmission went out of the car. To get the transmission fixed the car has been at the dealership for 6 weeks and they still don't have the car back. The dealership has had nothing but excuses for my parents, they didn't even supply them with a loaner vehicle to drive. There has been nothing offered to offset the inconvenience of this issue. Talking to other people it sounds like this is becoming a major complaint with many, many people. If I could give them a negative review I would!

Thinking it was a oil change issue as they claimed "oh it was in great shape we even replaced parts and put new tires on it before the sale" we put it off for two days. It never stopped blowing smoke and we had check engine lights including the oil symbol blaring on the dash. It used a quart of oil on before the second day was over. That continued and now its in the shop. With a bad oil pump and other issues to the tune of $7,000 dollars. And we have not even had the title transfered yet.
