My uncle and I were seeking a copy of a desk key and at first she discovered that she had no blanks. She mentioned that another company may have it, but I stated to her that we were referred to Rolland. She took the extraordinary step and called the manufacturer of the key. She then was able to arrange it where the manufacturer would send my uncle two (2) copies of his desk key to his home for absolutely FREE. It doesn't get any better than that.

The next day I took the rim with the boot still attached to Rolland Safe. My family has been using Rolland Safe to service our safes for many years and they have always done a tremendous job. If you need to purchase a safe or have a safe serviced in the New Orleans area, this is your first stop. However, I digress. I took my rim with the boot from the Premium Parking lot to Rolland. They removed that boot from my rim in under three minutes and only charged me $6. *Note to EVERYONE. A private lot immobilizing (booting) your private property is illegal. Yes, they can have your car towed off of their property if you are parked illegally or have not paid for parking but they CANNOT immobilize your vehicle. Simply remove the wheel and put it in your trunk, replace with your spare and bring the wheel to Rolland Safe to be removed for $6. If you have a drill you can remove it yourself for free however I like supporting the local economy.

Called three or four times and was told they would handle each time. They did not! So, I had to have card company involved. Headaches. Seemed all was handled...,NO. JUST NOTICED THERE WERE THREE MORE CHARGES THIS WAY BY THEM IN FEBRUARY, knowing they had not handled reversing the first three, I called the card company. More headaches!
