I ordered a set of Alloy wheels on 27th August 2025 I was told there would be an approximate 4 day…read moredelay on dispatch which worked for me as i was going on holiday, I was told these wheels would be dispatched on 3rd September 2025 and with me on the 4th, I waited all day and nothing arrived, I requested tracking information to be told they had been sent with Paisley Freight, I contacted Paisley Freight who very professionally confirmed they had no delivery for me from this company, I again contacted Performance Wheels and tyres (which took about 20 attempts via phone) and eventually Dave told me there had been a problem and that delivery would now be Friday 12th September between 2 & 4pm, again nothing arrived, I again asked what wad happening and asked again for some form of tracking information which even after promising me he would send as soon as he got back to the warehouse it never arrived, in total I spent 4 different days waiting for a delivery that never did show up, this company do NOT return your calls, they do NOT respond to your emails and when you call so many times to complain they then block your phone number. In total this company Performance Wheels and tyres have had £589 out of me and I still have received absolutely nothing, no Wheels, no tracking information, nothing, I now have a claim registered against this company and advise anyone reading this NOT to purchase anything from them, they are an utter disgrace of a business, zero honesty and absolutely zero integrity shown by Dave the owner.

This garage is run by a crook. He basically polished cars he's bodged and then sells customers a…read morewarranty, then after your car has broken down 3 days later, he wriggles out of any blame and directs you to the warranty company to fix the problem.

My experience with this garage is awful. Got home to find a major oil leak so took it to my local…read moregarage who confirmed that it was a serious oil leak from the crank shaft seal. They also checked the MOT which was done on the morning we collected the vehicle and stated that they had crossed out failed on the emissions certificate and wrote pass. He stated that this was illegal and very surprised that a garage would risk doing this these days! They then said it's not surprising it failed though as the exhaust is in 3 bits due to rusting through and falling apart. There advert stated that they had just fitted a new water pump, cambelt, and clutch. When the garage inspected the rest of the truck they confirmed that it still had the original water pump fitted which came with the vehicle from new and that the cambelt did not look as though it had been replaced. They do not seem to want to sort this problem out and avoid calls now! Avoid at all costs!
