I don't know what/if they offer in the way of helping you pick paint since we already had the paint (we'd been painting other walls already and had purchased plenty of paint), but they did let us know how many gallons they'd likely need to be sure that we had enough on hand. They communicated well and let us know when another (outdoor) job had run a few days behind and we were able to schedule a good date for us both. I work at home and they respected the need to keep noise down - they were so quiet! The preparation to protect the area where they worked was thorough and the paint job was excellent. The clean up was superb - except for well-painted walls, you wouldn't have known we had anyone there that day! The bottom line is that they contracted in writing to spray the deck floor for uniformity! Nothing but a 3 inch hand brush was used! No sprayer, no roller, no pad, etc. Didn't show up until after noon on any of the days they were scheduled to be here. We spent over 2 months on a waiting list. When it was finally time for our job, they couldn't have more than 1 person at a time working due to having too many jobs running consecutive! They are rude, argumentative, and incapable of accepting accountability for their mistakes! After weeks of fighting, they finally agreed to deduct 500.00 from the 2200.00 we were billed for! We agreed simply because these incompetent people couldn't be tolerated any further! You'll know by the pics that this job wasn't professional, nor worth what we paid. We'll still have to redo their mess! I definitely do NOT recommend this company at all! Save yourself the headache and turmoil! RUN
