I felt it important to at least get the initial one out there before my schedule causes me to forget. Orlando is everything every single one of the previous reviews says he is. A true professional, and an individual that understands customer service. I think Orlando can be comfortable with any personality and he has the cool, calm, patient demeanor to handle any situation. I spent countless hours looking for someone I felt experienced enough but not burned out, to handle the list of photographs I wanted done, exhausting my entire social media contact list and all referrals. Multiple bad experiences over the years have made me reluctant to hire a photographer to do what (I felt) my Samsung, some filters, and Walgeen's could do with far less expense and a greater potential for satisfaction in the end result. From his choice of a very convenient outdoor location, down to the poses and configurations, he took in to consideration the list of shots I wanted and ran with it, adding his own flair and experience to mix. We had to deal with a very crowded public shooting location, several "deposits" from the local wildlife, and some of the wildlife wanting to be a part of the shoot. Through all of that, he remained efficient and on task, working with the ever changing conditions. I'm not easily impressed as I am a D.I.Y. type person and in most situations, I end up feeling like I could have done a better job myself. That was not the case with Orlando. He made me feel at ease and gave me the rare feeling of value for the money spent. Thank you Orlando. You have earned a customer for life. We did a combination shoot for family pictures in addition to senior pictures and promotion pictures. We needed the senior pics back quickly for our senior to distribute to friends before school ended. He made it happen!!!!! We then ordered a batch of photos for our own family. They were amazing. We made an order for extended family. Now, we are on the 4th order, this one being a large canvas. Really looking forward to seeing the final result on that. When we arrived, it was overcast and a little foggy but Orlando reassured us that it was the perfect environment to get great shots. We then headed to the Cypress Tress where he got some candid shots of my girlfriend and I along with our son. We did our poses for the actual pictures then did an outfit change. I gave her my invite and the color theme and she came out with the most phenomenal photobooth template a girl could ever ask for on the FIRST DEMO!! My jaw was dropped to say the least. You pick the background that's provided, then you pick the number of photos within the printed page, and then the two best parts is the customized template and also the home screen of the photobooth.
