We wanted the toilet moved- all plumbing re-routed, added a sauna bath tub, new sink vanity and linen closet, new windows, ceramic floor tiles with radiant heat, faux stone paneling and reconfigured the shower stall. We also had to upgrade the electrical panel. He does excellent texture and painting and did a great job with the faux stone even though he never worked with that medium before. We still have a few things to complete but we're very happy with the outcome so far...

So here we go again.....a SECOND review for a REALLY CRAPPY company. Oh, I know, they sold and an…read moreArmy Vet is now at the helm....and they were smart enough to completely change up the LLC so they are not responsible for any of the CRAP work they have done. We spent another $3000+ yesterday on the same AC unit in the last review....another, reputable company found that Desert Air had used COPPER TUBING in the fuses they had to come back and reinstall....remember they had them in backwards??? Well, they were too cheap to get a $2.59 fuse and replace it. They felt completely OK with allowing something illegal and dangerous to be installed. The mobile home could have burned down because of this lack of care and non professional service. AND we also learned that our unit was poorly welded, and that the entire unit has been known to fail because they cheaped out on that too. The company that came out says they see this ALL THE TIME from Desert Air. Seems to me that if you were in fact a REPUTABLE company and a man of honor like your "Army Vet/Helicopter status" is trying to indicate, you would STAND BEHIND your work, good or bad, and DO WHAT IS RIGHT! Nope....you choose to be shady and irresponsible and none of your victims have any recourse. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....IF YOU HAVE UNITS THEY INSTALLED, FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY, GET THEM CHECKED BY A REAL HVAC COMPANY!!!!! Cause if you don't, and something happens, this place will not be responsible. ZERO STARS FOR YOU!

It has been nothing but a nightmare from the day they came to our new mobile home to install units…read more Went 10 days in over 100 heat because the units never cooled when installed. Seems someone put the fuses in wrong. Then we realized the unit wasn't hooked ay all to the middle section of the home. Had to fix it again. Today we find our unit frozen with 3 inches of ice. Seems the owner manual was shoved into the middle of the coils. Water is leaking onto the electrical box. The over flow pan is not sealed. We have worked over an hour and a half with the blow dryer and shop vac and it is still 2 inches of ice inside. If the compressor is frozen then it won't ever work again. And of course there is no one working on the weekend. Don't buy a mobile home and don't use this company.
