So I had to ask myself and pray about should I continue supporting an establishment that is not Diverse. I have been mistreated because of the color of my skin by the staff and The Therapist. The Therapist are so young to me you need more Therapist who have been practicing and understand there Patients. I will never go back to to this location or and Pivot again. Just letting you all know my experience. We need to stop supporting businesses because they are convenient to our home when they are mistreating us due to race, or any other reason. I pray for each and everyone of them there that they would give there life over to Jesus Christ because he is the only one that can save them.

I have never been to physical therapy before and didn't know what to expect…read more I kept putting off going for months for this very reason while still in bad pain. Finally I couldn't take it anymore and took my doctor's advice and called Pivot. Pivot has been wonderful from the moment I scheduled my first appt to my almost last appt (that's coming up soon) Don't be a foolish like I was and stay in pain just because your unsure of what will happen. I am sorry I didn't go months ago! This place and the staff are wonderful and easy to work with.

I feel Tyler is not what I first thought it was. My husband was in and out of the Hospital and then…read moreplaced at Tyler's retreat. I thought the place was great and nurses took care of my husband. I feel some of the nurse were legit and really cared about their patients. My husband seemed to get worse with the weeks he was in there and in the Hospital. Things changed the more time he spent there. I could not be there as much as I wanted to be, because of my own health. He was in a private room most of the time there until he got long term medicaid. He was sent to the Hospital and he almost died and was in ICU. They had him on a respirator. When they removed the respirator, you couldn't hear his talking. He was very hard to understand. When he came back from the hospital he was put in a room with a very nice man. I found out when walking to his room. I had to start paying $831.25 a month. I was in complete shock. It was like I had the money and wanted it right then. I had some money I had put away from savings for emergency. James had started falling out of bed. They started putting him in a wheelchair and made him sit with other wheelchair people around the nurses station. I walked up to him and took his hand and the head nurse, in a very hateful voice he is not going to go back to his room he is staying there, he was saying he was hungry and she said, I tried to feed him but he would not eat, i started walking towards her and she said he is not going back to the room. I was only going to the desk to ask for some Ice water for him. He was constantly saying, please help me, I felt like something was not right and they were ignoring him because kept repeating that. I was like he really needed help. They had talked me into put Hospice in charge of him, a few weeks before all this, they said it would be the best thing for him. I didn't really think it was the best thing, Well due to the head nurse and her nasty attitude the day before I did not go in on April 9, 2026. Well, I got a call at 11:43 from Pat a night nurse. She said she had just gotten there and went in my husband room and he was unresponsive. She called 911, cause she tried to do what she could and still nothing. She called me back at 11:47 and told me the EMS could not bring him back and pronounced him dead at 11:43. I was devastated. You no what, I never got a call to tell they were said about losing James. I got no call from anyone at tylers. I did call to ask where his phone was for 5 days. Someone called from tylers but no message. Another call from Jwandy called and ask on a message did I get everything of James. I called back and 6-7 days later they had his phone. They found it in the laundry room. Now how did it get there, it was on the side table last I saw it. Well I went and picked up and it was in a yellow envelope. So I opened it when I got home and guess what was wrapped around the phone. A bill for $434. I need to pay. I also got a bill in the mail. That was great way to get a phone. I was so upset I cried for hours. Have not heard from anyone from tyler since. Oh, I was stupid enough to ask a few days after that, If I was going to get a refund from $831.25 I paid and he was only there 9 days. Well like I said it was a stupid question.
