Do NOT use this company for flooring installation purposes. My husband and I hired them to install…read morenew flooring in a hallway in our home. We have had this project set up since May. This weekend, we were forced to do the project ourselves due to the installer cancelling on us for a THIRD time. The first time we got stood up, the installer failed to even contact us saying he could not come - I found out he wasn't coming by taking the initiative to call the store when he failed to show up. The second time, he cancelled 45 minutes before he was supposed to arrive at our house. After the second cancellation, I kindly asked the person in charge of scheduling the install to please have a back-up installer in line in case this one had to cancel again. Needless to say, there was no back-up installer available for us today. Ordering flooring products through this company is fine, but stay away from them when it comes to installation projects.
