They showed me the proof of this mix-up. They apologized for the inconvenience of my trip and offered to provide a more expensive cover at the same price as the less expensive cover I had originally wanted. Additionally, they said that if I didn't want the upgraded cover, they could install a cover that was currently in stock so I'd have one on my truck for my planned vacation. They said that once the original cover I wanted is delivered, they will come to my hometown in Brusly to replace the covers at no extra charge. They did whatever it took to make it right.

Although out in LA and us being here in AZ, after a nationwide search the RV shop had the best price for this unit. Vince was very thorough and timely to answer all of our concerns regarding this potential out of state purchase. Once all details covered the rest was a breeze from the financing to the delivery of the trailer this past Dec 2024. Chad in finance was also very agreeable to work with and actually met the better RV loan rate % I was able to get on my own which added to the ease of transaction. Once the sale completed, the RV shop delivery team was ready for us and took all the necessary time to cover all aspects and features of this new 2024 Bambi 20FB. I unfortunately forgot his name, but the technician (Frank?) that led the unit delivery truly went above and beyond, he even assisted with setting my truck electronics hauling features (setpoint, gain, test drive). We cannot be happier with this new acquisition and the overall sale experience with the RV shop in Baton Rouge, LA. To put this into context, my father had made from old cypress and had put lots of hand made touches on it. In addition, my mother had created a beautiful leaded glass piece to go into the door. To say the least, I am very invested in this door. Capital Glass took exquisite care and a lot of time and care to assure that the door was not harmed and the plate glass which protects the leaded glass. While there is a very accommodating and nice wait area, I left disappointed. My service visit was supposed to include a wash and vacuum. Well, they did something because the vehicle was wet, but there was no evidence of it being vacuumed. The exterior had smears of dirt. Honestly, I would have preferred that they skip the cleaning process rather than smear it around or pretend that they did something.
