I set up an appointment online through their website and got a few calls from them saying they had a question about my request. Called back several times but always got an answering machine. A couple of weeks after my request, got a call saying they were going to come this morning at 10. Never got any other confirmation or anything. Handy man called me Saturday morning and said his job was running late and that he would be about an hour late and would call 30 minutes before coming. I said that was fine and then waited and waited and never heard from him again. I called them again and got another answering machine and left a message. I also called the handyman's number and left him a voicemail. My appointment was originally at 10am and then pushed back to 11am and it is now 3:30pm and I haven't heard anything from them at all! I do not understand why they would set an appointment and then at least have the courtesy to at least notify me that they were not coming! Would not work with them again!!!

You know what really grinds my gears? When you call for a home maintenance/service call (plumbing, electric, AC, heat, etc) and a company tells you it's $199 for a trip charge and they'll only give you an actual quote once they get there and see what needs to be done. It's usually a request for something they do multiple times a day - they could easily give you the number beforehand, but no - they want to have you on the hook for the trip charge and then try to rip you off on overpriced quotes and if you decline, you had to pay the trip charge. THIS COMPANY DOESN'T DO THAT! Please support locally owned businesses like this one.
