I also witnessed a moment myself where he snapped at my sister in front of others; it was uncalled for. The second staff person on-site (Kris) was quiet and professional, no complaints there. But Harris's presence didn't match the warm, celebratory tone we wanted for the day. It's tough picking new vendors for your big day. To be frank, if a close friend asked me for a photobooth recommendation, I wouldn't feel comfortable recommending them.
