Major confusion with the scheduled time and my requests that may have been avoided with better communication. Regardless of the confusion with our scheduled time, the vendor left the the venue early. They stopped taking pictures early to pack up and left telling my wedding guests they had another event they were scheduled to work. The pictures they did take were good. However the bride and groom didn't even get a picture. A more professional company would have asked them if they wanted at least one picture before they left early. read more

One of my biggest regrets is hiring this company for my wedding. They claimed they were ready by our agreed-upon start time, when in reality the 2 attendants appeared frazzled and were tinkering around with their equipment until 45 minutes after the contract-specified time. They put out a large tip jar which was not discussed with the bride and groom beforehand (we prepared and gave them a cash tip in an envelope ourselves after the event, but the tip jar for our wedding guests felt very tacky to us). We ended up with a batch of leftover flip books after the event, all of which were poor quality with unevenly cut edges and some with bad staple jobs. When I reached out about our displeasure, they shipped us more unevenly cut flip books as compensation. I'm surprised by their high reviews on Yelp but upon closer inspection most of them are from several years ago. I was happy with the flipbook covers but unhappy with most everything else. I do not recommend this company. read more
