I was so very, very disappointed I ordered mild wings horrible no sauce, no seasoning, no salt or pepper. Half cooked. The manager/ cook on duty very, very rude, loud, unappreciated to the young lady and the young man that works there. He yelled at the young lady while customer was in the restaurant and customers was entering the restaurant. I think the young man just started working there. He needs to learn management skills and training and learn how to be more respectful to others that working under his supervision. I asked, " the manager/ cook to put sauce on my wings, he told me it's alot underneath the chicken. When I got home the wings was dry and white.What happened to the original orange sauce? The fries was over cooked ( hard). They need to do something with that Manger/ Cook he acts like he's a drill Sargent. They will not keep employees if they continue to let that manager/ cook be in charge, power trip.He needs to learn manners and respect for others. Today I finally took a chance on trying this location for wings. I definitely read the reviews ahead so I was very hesitant but fortunately it went well. I got there right before 2pm and even though the open sign was on it looked closed because it was dark with a sign on the door. The sign was for Tuesdays saying they would be closed. So we were able to get our order in which was a 15 min wait for 12 wings/2 sauces. I will say the price inside was raised by $4 so prices in general need to be updated online. The wings were definitely good. I picked asian sweet bbq and garlic parmesan which the wings were fried well,not soggy. I will definitely return since options are limited out here. read more

Ok let's start off with the good. I would say the food is delicious and ALWAYS hits the spot. I love the wings and cheese sauce is great. I've been going to eat here for years and liked their other locations. However it seems to me they are going downhill , the staff never answers the phone for orders. They often close earlier than the time that list online. It's a little frustrating wanting something to eat pulling up and they're closed even though the hours shows open. The staff can be rude especially when it comes to trying to call in an order. Tried Mighty Wings for the first time tonight! My honest opinion is the following: it's not the worst thing I've ever tried, but it's definitely not Kissimmee's best like they have written on the wall in the dining area. For a place called Mighty WINGS you'd think they'd mastered the craft by now or at least be better than most spots that sell wings but it's not the case here. The boneless wings were okay, nothing special. We got a couple egg rolls that tasted microwaved and my partner didn't even bother finishing hers. She DID though, enjoy the Corn Nuggets. They were pretty solid. At last we have the regular bone-in wings. I got 6 lemon pepper and was very disappointed. They came with a really bad smell that made it so I couldn't stomach them. Had 2 and dumped the rest. The restaurant was clean for the most part with the exception of some crumbs on the table and the cashier was really friendly which was nice. Pretty much a "stop in" type of place if your local. There's not a lot of wing spots inside the poinciana area. Not as good as BWW, smaller wings, sauce not quite as bold, etc. We had traditional with teriyaki and Asian bbq, not terrible, but not something to write home about either. They do have salads and deserts. Pricing was average for what you'll get. However, you can get a bigger bang for your buck at other "not wing" places that serve wings. If your looking to sit down and relax - there is a small diner type are for eat in. The service was average, nothing special. Kind of a fast food approach to wings. Good tasty wings and crispy! But that's about it. I ordered 12 wings and they give me 11 flats and 1 drum. WTH? For the price they charge for these little ass wings, you would think it would be half and half of each, bigger, and not charge for every freaking sauce. The guy who took my order was serviceable, the cook was in his street clothes with no hat, uniform, or at least an apron. That should of been a red flag for me, however, I already payed for it so what was done is done. Will never recommend this hole in the wall wing place and definitely will tell all my network to stay away from this place. I Should of gone to 5star Pizza and gotten better wings from them. By far my favorite wing place in Kissimmee! Their wings are always crispy and never soggy! They have awesome wing flavors but I always stick with lemon pepper. Their fried corn nuggets from the appetizer menu is the perfect balance of crispy and creamy. They lightly dust it in powdered sugar. So yummy! The owner is hilarious every time I go in there. Dine in or take out, you won't regret it! Their in house made sweet tea ain't bad. Did I mention they have curly fries? Well they do! The inside is clean and so are the restrooms. On July 28th, the cashier Aries got my order wrong on the receipt. When I got my order I went home assuming my order was correct to be disappointed by the fact that I got the wrong type of wings. On February 24, 2020, I decided to try Mighty Wings on Pleasant Hill road. I was skeptical at first because when I entered I seen a lot of young people kind of hanging out and not working. The people that were supposed to be cooking were cursing and laughing. The young ladies were at the register attending to the customers. I am going to cut straight to the chase. The service was not great. I was given the wrong order, but did not realize it until I was out the door. The order that was given to me was no were near what I paid for. I called and asked for a resolution and the young lady who was the cashier attempted to resolve the problem. However, a guy in the background was very unprofessional and hostile. Therefore, I asked to speak with him. He Began yelling "he wants to have fun", "he is tired of people taking advantage!" He continued to say inappropriate comments over the phone and he hung. His name was REGGIE... If properly trained he could have resolve this in a professional way. I decided to walk away from the situation and request a refund from the owner at a later date. I do not recommend any place that does not train their employees to behave accordingly. Leaving staff unattended/supervised is unprofessional. I was so shock with the poor quality of customer service I Received from Reggie at the store!! He was belittling, unprofessional, demeaning and HOOD! You cannot run a business with hoodlums behind your counter. I understand you're trying to cater to a specific crowd. This place is definitely 0/5 stars. I went in during my lunch break and there was absolutely no one there. At first, the woman at the register was kind and she took my order. She assured me it would be out soon. After about 5 minutes of waiting, a group of high-school students showed up. The woman at the register who was clearly much older than the students began chatting it up which was fine until my wait turned into 30 minutes for a cheeseburger. There was a woman at the window who waited a whole 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged her. After about 35 minutes I stood up and walked to the counter where they place the orders that are ready. On the counter there was a sign that said "do not grab food. Wait until you're called". I attempted to wait patiently even though my break ended 5-10 minutes ago. I was looking at the orders and I knew one of them was mine. I finally interrupted her chatting session and said, "excuse me, is this mine?" She said, "oh yes." Gave it to me and forgot my drink so I had to interrupt her again so I could get my drink. Turns out, my food had been waiting on that counter for about 40 whole minutes. Poinciana is a place with horrible traffic, absolutely nothing to do, and for the most part horrible local places to eat. I came to Mighty Wings from a recommendation from someone and I was blown away by how good the food was for the price. Twenty pieces of boneless wings with fries for $10.99 is absolutely ridiculous for how good the food was here. I've seen the reviews where people have commented about the bad customer service, but the cashier was very pleasant both over the phone and in person. Either way I wouldn't even care if she was rude I'm just there to pick up my food and leave, but her being nice was an added bonus. This place absolutely rivals some of the other wing places like Wingstop, Buffalo Wild Wings, PG's, etc and it's half the price. I'll try to update this review once I eat their bone in wings, but so far so good. Like I said in the beginning of the review having to go out to deep into Kissimmee or Orlando to get good quality take out food in bad traffic is cumbersome.
