From garage to condo was 10 flights of stairs. so, every-time you wanted to leave it was a terrible struggle. The condo was not clean, dust everywhere and dirty bathrooms. due to no elevator the hall was stacked with garage with a terrible smell. The management office was no help at all. Absolutely. no help from VRBO realtor or the owner. we felt that a refund in some form was appropriate, however, the realtor and owner did not. They are only interested in money.. Stay away from Hayen Lodge and VRBO realtor . Save your money , there are tons of other properties out there to rent. .

We had a spacious, nicely decorated 2 bedroom condo with everything you could possibly need including a well stocked kitchen. It was definitely kid friendly and my mom was easily able to take the free shuttle to Aspen to attend the music festival and my son and I could do some other things including swimming right there at the condo. We were really impressed with the staff and they were very nice and helpful. We are already planning another trip there next year and we hope we can get that same condo because it was so perfect. The condo overlooked the VILLAGE EXPRESS chairlift and the view was fascinating...constantly changing and always interesting. We could ski-in and ski-out easily and the large ski-locker room made preparing for the day simple. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were extremely comfortable, the bathrooms were spacious, and the large dining room table provided, not only ample space for our family of 7, but plenty of room for games and conversation! Although the free shuttle service was excellent, the short walk to the main village was (about 1/2 mile) was delightful. The property was well-maintained and any calls and questions were addressed immediately. We will definitely stay at WOODRUN PLACE on future visits.

With only a few days to go until the race I found Bradley and contacted him about a short stay residence near the venue. It only took him no time at all and he found me the perfect apartment for a week. It was close to the venue, a good price, and right in the middle of the town so it was close to all the restaurants and entertainment the town had to offer. I will definitely be contacting Brad again next year for the race, but this time I won't wait until the last minute.
