What I didn't expect was the absolutely exemplary customer service!!! Justin the manager is an extremely customer service oriented person, and highly organised and efficient, and I've been absolutely blown away by the customer service not just the high quality of the items I've purchased! Thank you Justin for your incredible customer service - so refreshing given you don't see that much any more these days. Thank you for your dedication and commitment to help your customers get what they want (especially me lol!), and for being a really decent trustworthy guy. I was so very disappointed that the owner never got in touch with me about the samples and helping me to finalise my choices. The staff were great - fantastic actually. They were so wonderful to me, but in the end I felt like the owner was too busy to spend time helping me. Feel sad, cause I was really looking forward to getting a couple of the pieces :)
