The first level houses your new books, trades, collectibles, and CCGs. The second level has your back issues, older toys & collectibles, and an area for people to congregate to play games. While they have some, their anime/manga selection isn't big. But as I said, the staff is friendly so they'll help you find anything you want. They're on the ball in customer service.
