BEWARE! Mighty Clean spent 9 man hours at our home sucking water out of our carpet, pulling out carpet and drywall and charged us $12,000. Some of the things they billed us for were for moving our personal belongings, all workers wearing personal protective equipment and bagging drywall and carpet in hazardous material bags. We moved all our own belongings, Chris Nielsen showed up to our house in jeans and a shirt and his workers wore jeans and a shirt and not one item from our basement was placed in a hazardous material bag. When our insurance would not pay the fraudulent Mighty Clean/Raffeali Construction invoice they billed us. When we refused to pay them over $1000/hour they sued us. Then they got on the stand in a court of law and lied to the judge about how much work they did at our home. After finding reviews online we realized we are not the only ones they have done this to. We have filed a complaint with the Nebraska Department of Insurance and encourage anyone else they have done this to to do the same. They will say they are a family-owned business, but an upstanding family-owned business does not try to defraud the general public and insurance companies.
