My experience with prime lending:…read more 1 they are completely unorganized. We have now done two deals with them In a 8 month period (shame on us for thinking the first time was a fluke), and they somehow have lost all the documents we sent them. Except they didn't lose all of them. Just some of them, but then it is found again. But you should still send it in anyway. 2 A week before closing will be hell; here's real facts of what we experienced. We signed lease for our place to a new renter, movers booked, house packed, we have to leave. Then we get an email saying an income source that was previously ok, is no longer ok and your income no longer qualifies you. Where do we go? What do we do? Do they care? Nope, they just say this is what you have to do to make it happen. 3 when you apply, everything is great and this will be easy! Unfortunately, that changes around two weeks before close. We were told everything was great and on track. Then all of sudden the deal can't move forward until we have a signed lease for our condo we live in currently. They give us TWO weeks to find a quality tenant and sign a lease. How is that reasonable or realistic? 4 you will be have anxiety every time you see their name on your phone or in your inbox. They only communicate bad news. When you see prime lending in your inbox, your heart will sink and butterflies will commence. They are about to change something on you. 5 they will not be honest until you're so far into the process you have no choice but to do what they want you to do. This ties back into #2. This is a predatory lending practice in my opinion. They Pre approve you and tell you everything is fine so you begin to prepare to move. You sell/rent your house, pack, change over utilities, put deposits down on movers, request off work. They know all this stuff is done when they then come in a week or two before close and change the terms and request new items from you. At this point you are literally stuck and can't do anything but bow down to their demands. 6 they will not work with a sense of urgency. As closing date approaches, they will continue to ask you for more and more items. When you need answers to those items, they will take days to respond with a true lack of tack around the urgency of the situation. We didn't know if we could close until the literal morning of close. The night before they said we were still in limbo. 7 they believe they are doing you a favor. They don't operate as if they work for you, they operate as though you are lucky if they even respond to your inquiries or answer your questions. Their actions display they don't care or believe they have customers, they are above all and you should bow down to them. This ties back into getting you so far along in the process that you are stuck and have nothing to do but bow down to their demands. 8 if you leave a honest review, Chad will call you and argue with you about it to get you to take it down. The conversation will last until you agree to take it down or hang up on him while talking.

Despite my abundance of ridiculous questions, he was always super fast to reply and never once made me feel anything less than his #1 client. The mortgage company is supposed to pay property taxes out of escrow, the $630 bucks a month extra added to our house payment to pay insurance and taxes when they're due. Don't trust this guy or the company he works for.

What is the difference of me coming in to cash the check inside or through the drive through when all the information asked if what I would need to provide. I went inside and filled it out, I have a passport for verification and was asked for another form of ID. I love to support small businesses but I would never... glad I don't have any interest in opening an account this bank. Very disappointed in the service I have received today. Took almost 30 mins and they took $5 from me for being a non member.. get me out of here please!

DO NOT USE THEM! We…read morehave a construction to perm loan through them. It has been nearly impossible to make a payment without jumping through hoops to do so. They charged us $0.01 before we'd withdrawn anything and couldn't explain where the charge came from. We had to drive there to make a payment for one penny. Ridiculous! We never received a monthly statement showing what our payment was (it will be different every month until the end of construction). Turns out they don't generate the statement until midnight on the day before it's due. Then they mail it out, which means they're setting people up to be late on payments, as mail service is so slow. Very shady. To avoid being late due to NOT getting a statement before the bill is due, I made a True Blue account to pay our interest payments for the month we started drawing from that account to pay for construction bills. They had me verify the account I was using to pay it from, which is fine. But when they asked for my login and password information to verify my personal bank account that I was using to pay it from (not an account with them) I just stopped the entire transaction. I can't believe how much time and effort I have spent just trying to pay the bill on time. We will now have to drive there and pay it, which is a 30-minute drive from where I live, which is absurd.

Sam. I know about how to do each of these things because of perhaps the most brilliant Mortgage Guy you will ever meet. His name is Jess Paul, and I met him when my wife and I were buying a home though REMAX, and the way I met him was I did not call him, but he was in line with his girlfriend and he just flat out asked me what my Mortgage Rate was. I was somewhat shock but he seemed like a seriour guy, so I told him. It was a 7.5% 30 Year Fixed on our 345,000 dollar mortgage and our Principle and Interest gave us a house payment not including taxes and insurance $2412.29. He the asked me if he could save My Wife and I any money. I just wanted to get rid of this guy, but my wise wife said she could tell by the way that Jess Paul (who we later founded out was the CEO and founder of Mortgage Consultants Group, Inc.) was bright, and had a way of making people feel like they are being helped and they are! The first question he asked me was how long did we plan to stay in our home. My wife and I both said at the same time "5 years." and then Jess told us he could put us on another Program with was a 5/1 Arm % rate set for 5 years and then it can go up and down with the market. The Bottom Line? Jess knocked 3.5% off of our rate by putting us in the same 30 year program only since we knew that we would never leave there more than 4 0r 5 years, he saved us: OVER $765.21 A MONTH, BY DROPPING OUR PAYMENTS FOR $2412.29 each month to $1647.08!!! AND IT WAS THE SAME 30 YEAR AMORTIZATION! Wait, it get's better. Jess even told us that he was paying all of our closing costs, explaining that he was experimenting with a "No Closing Cost Loan" where Jess simple drops your rate and his firm pays all of those nasty fees that typically run as high as $2000.00 dollars!!! How does he do this. As my wife Gina and I have come to know Jess Paul, Jr. we have come to really respect his fairness, honesty and compassion for the typical home owner. Jess makes enough on each mortgage loan to pay his client's costs and then he takes a small profit from the investor he sells our loan to. No one ever in Kansas City had done this, but Jess is becoming know as the "Go To Mortgage Expert" for all of the folks in Kansas City to go to to insure that their mortgage has the lowest rate, little or no closing costs, and the quality of the Staff at Mortage Consultants Group, Inc. is unparalled, honest and compassionate. Mortgage Consultants Group, and Jess Paul have now handled over 7 of our New home loans and refinance's. In a word they are the "BEST!" Period.
