From start to finish, Brandon McGinnis (Clinch Realty) treated both me and my property as if they…read morewere worth a million dollars. He took the time to listen to my thoughts on the value of my property, carefully noted all the details, visited the property personally, and handled all the hard work from there. Brandon professionally represented and marketed my property, found a qualified buyer, and made the entire process incredibly easy, painless, and worry-free. What impressed me most was that not only did he get the price I believed my property was worth, but he accomplished it in less than a week. In today's world, it's rare to find someone who combines professionalism, responsiveness, and results the way Brandon does. If you're looking for an agent who genuinely cares about his clients and delivers outstanding results, I highly recommend him. Unfortunately, this site only allows a 5-star rating. If I could give Brandon 6 stars, I absolutely would.

My kid had the best time exploring and playing, especially in the digging area--it was definitely their favorite part. They loved searching for treasure, and the excitement when they actually found something was priceless! Being able to take their treasure home for just $5 made it even more special. It's such a fun, creative space for kids to play, explore, and use their imagination. Everything felt welcoming and family-friendly, and we'll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend for a fun (and affordable!) outing with kids!

On October 21, I traveled to Midland Marble & Granite's fabrication shop location in Independence…read more I toured their shop, which was well organized. And, the staff that worked there were friendly. They worked with me and listened to my ideas for a tabletop piece I was making for an outdoor base that I had purchased recently. I looked at a large variety of surfaces in the inventory they had available. In the end we were able to find just the right piece in the pile of remnants that they keep on hand. It fit with my base perfectly. They talked me through how they would create the piece, and I was also able to select the type of beveled edge that I desired. After all the decisions were made, they said the piece would be ready within a few business days. True to their word, it was delivered to me within that time frame. The person who delivered the piece was knowledgeable and helpful when unloading and instructed me on how to move the tabletop safely. He also gave me some advice on how best to attach the piece to the base. Once attached, the final product looks great, the way they cut it to maximize the grain in the marble. Based on this experience, I would definitely trust them to use their services in the future for any kind of kitchen and/or bath remodel that I would do.
