Capturing in a single review how superb Katie was as our buying agent and selling agent is no easy task. As our buying agent, we were in the market for about 10 months before we found a place that we loved. We saw probably 3 dozen homes and Katie never, ever put pressure on us to buy a house that wasn't a right fit. When we found ourselves considering houses that were at the top of our spending limit she would gently remind us that we were edging a boundary we had set because she knew, understood and fully comprehended that we did not want to set ourselves up for being "house-poor" for the rest of our lives. I know she's insanely busy and popular as an agent, yet I always felt I had her undivided and personal attention. On top of her outstanding customer service, Katie knows her stuff!!! This is no untrained eye you're working with. In fact, during our inspection, the structural engineer remarked on how much Katie knew. While it is great to save money, the adage "You get what you pay for" definitely applies with YFA. Our home sold FAST, pictures were great quality, and they priced it well. However, it turned into a complicated sale and our agent was never ahead of things. I was continuously chasing her down to get answers. There was always some excuse. During a key part of our sale our agent was out of town and unavailable. I am a big believer in vacation, but pass us off to another agent and let us know what's going on so we have a contact point. I feel in real estate communication is key and our agent was a sub-par communicator. When I addressed issues with the brokerage owner we simply were told "she is a very experienced agent, and they didn't think anything was mishandled". We have sold two and bought three homes now, and have never had this poor of an experience. I'm not sure the emotional toll and feeling like we had to be super assertive with our agent to get things taken care of was worth the savings in money. read more

Based on my experience with Your Future Address, particularly with Molly Rector, I would suggest that you steer clear of these folks. I'm not going to go into detail regarding my experience, but suffice it to say that I was very displeased with the level of customer service I received. I ultimately used another broker to list my home and since I have taken my home off the market, I have received several solicitation letters in the mail from Aaron Lieb, who described himself as on of the company's founders. I spoke with Mr. Lieb by telephone and I told him that I absolutely was not interested in their services and to stop contacting me. However, I continue to receive the same solicitations letters in the mail from him. I have since threatened to file a Prohibitory Order with the USPS if Mr. Lieb continues to harass us with his mailings. It's very sad that some agents resort to harassment in an attempt to gain a listing. I just want them to go away because I would NEVER use their service!
