The guy took all my information acting like he was doing a debt consolidation, but then called me back and said I didn't qualify for consolidation, but he has another service that is them negotiating my balances down with creditors wanting them to take settlements. Again, if I wanted that I would have filed chapter 13.

I called back to follow up and nothing. No one ever called me back. It has been 2 weeks. I called the number provided in their website and it was to a call center. I was so skeptical to give him our personal info because it seemed a little shady. And now I feel like he took our info and I have to worry about identity theft now. No one in this company should be trusted. If you receive something in the mail or a phone call, don't respond, even if you feel you're in dyer need and it's the last resort. These people are not professionals and help with nothing.
