I got something in the mail from Broadstar Financial a while ago and never did anything with it. I am finally ready for debt consolidation. So, like, 6 months later- now, I called the number on the mail, which looks like a check which is funny. The woman, Nakiya, I spoke with on the phone was so friendly and assured me a financial consultant would call me in a few days. It was a really good experience. read more

That day came and we were told that they still didn't have all the required documents ready for closing and they needed another day. A hour before we were scheduled to close, we get a call from our Realtor stating Valley still were not ready to close and it would be the following week. The next week came and we were told they needed one more day. Well we finally closed 8 days later than scheduled which cost us some money in interest but at least it was done...So we thought! Just got a call from our Realtor again the other day (about a month after the close date) explaining that Valley Mortgage forgot to have us sign a document that needs to be notarized. So, we have to take time out of our day to go to their office to sign yet another document. I'm so glad that we didn't use them for our lender!!! I will never recommend this company to anyone.

I never felt rushed or that my time wasn't important to their agents. They even went out of their way to make a follow up call a week or two later when I had a rate question to see if I had gathered the information needed to get a discount on my renters policy. I can't speak on the pricing of policies because there's a lot of variables that one encounters that are specific to each person when seeking insurance. I would definitely recommend anyone shopping for insurance to at the very least check with The Stocking Agency for a quote.
