I always have my MANY questions answered promptly and respectfully. Dan took into careful consideration my specific circumstances each time and recommended the best option for me with regard to lenders, terms, etc. I happily and confidently recommend Dan to my friends and family for their mortgage needs. My realtor referred me to him years ago and I'm still grateful to her for that.

My wife and I worked with Emily at Hatch Realty and loved it. She helped us buy our first house,…read moreand it was a breeze. She also helped us work through buying our second home, which was more complicated, but she made it super fun and easy. Rob helped us sell on our second transaction and made things very simple to understand and helped us get the most value out of it. I believe we had several offers in the first 24 hours and had sold our home in the first 36 hours. The team at Hatch is really second to none. Everything is done at your pace, however fast or slow you feel comfortable going. Both experiences were great and, when we buy our next home (probably not for quite awhile), we will be calling on them again! Thanks Emily, thanks Rob, and thanks Hatch Realty for being awesome! We worked with Angie and I was happy that she was able to accommodate multiple meetings and showing times outside of regular 9-5 hours and on weekends. She was very attentive to all of our first timer questions and walked us through all of the strategy and complicated paperwork that comes with buying a home. The company also has a strong connection to the community and I have seen them listed as sponsors for many community oriented events, which you don't really see from the competitors. If I ever need to buy or sell a home again, I would definitely reach out to Hatch.

Maria has been completely amazing to work with!…read more We have been a client of Maria since 2016 when she helped us purchase our first home. Almost 5 years later she helped us sell that home and find & purchase our dream house! Both experiences with Maria were unique, but Maria's professionalism, knowledge, and hard work made both extremely easy for us. As first-time homebuyers (FTHB) Maria guided us through the process with ease. She pointed out areas of concern that would get flagged due to the FTHB loan requirements. She took the time to explain things to us that we didn't know, and her patience was impeccable. The sale and purchase of our second home was again a new experience. She guided us through staging our home and handled everything with such expertise! Even down to pricing it perfectly in the local market. We accepted an offer the same day as it listed. Purchasing our second home she was so patient. Even when I led her to the strangest houses she found amazing features about each. She helped us flush out our must have's and really identify what we were looking for. Throughout the sale and purchase this last time her constant on-call status and hands-on handling & arranging of the tandem sale & purchase seemed effortless. We never worried about missing something or dropping the ball because Maria was our anchor. If you are looking for a realtor who will listen, guide, advise, and treat you like you are her most important client, Maria is all of those and so much more. We highly recommend her for the first time, the second time, or any other time home buyers!

He was very patient in the process as we were looking on and off, sometimes more or less serious about buying. He guided us very well throughout the whole process, super timely in his responses, both before and after the home purchase (we had a realtor previously who was very responsive and once the deal was close to being done appeared less incentivized to respond promptly to communications from us) and always following through on things. Very professional and good at what he does. We are very happy with both of our home purchases.

I never felt rushed or that my time wasn't important to their agents. They even went out of their way to make a follow up call a week or two later when I had a rate question to see if I had gathered the information needed to get a discount on my renters policy. I can't speak on the pricing of policies because there's a lot of variables that one encounters that are specific to each person when seeking insurance. I would definitely recommend anyone shopping for insurance to at the very least check with The Stocking Agency for a quote.
