Ask for Dr. Eric Nelson!! I was visiting Minneapolis from out of town and needed to see a podiatrist. I couldn't have asked for a more skilled, more professional individual who was also caring and informative. I would definitely recommend Dr. Nelson to anyone looking for a podiatrist in the Minneapolis area! read more

What an unpleasant experience! The place was deserted, and the receptionist at the front desk actually went to the room with me at the beginning of my visit to get my basic info, leaving nobody at the front desk. Very strange. That's not the worst part, though. Dr. Eric Nelson didn't seem to have time for my appointment. He was clearly in a rush, and answered some of my questions with hurried, one-word answers. He obviously had other things on his mind during my very brief visit. I got no written summary of my visit, and there was even confusion over his recommendations for my issue. If you're looking for a podiatrist, look elsewhere! read more

I was visiting from out of state and I suddenly developed a gross inflamed bunion. Not the sexiest thing, I know. But I was lucky that I called and got in to see Dr Eric Nelson that same day. He was so nice and he really knew his stuff. Great bedside manor. He came up with a successful recovery plan and my bunion is no more. He even called my fiancée to explain the plan since I'm not that good at remembering stuff, lol. Dr Nelson rocks!! read more

Dr. Eric Nelson did a great job taking care of a painful wart I had on my foot. He made me feel welcomed and valued as a patient. With such great professionalism and service I would recommend him to all! If you have any foot issues he's definitely the doctor to see! read more

Horrible experience. They charged me a ridiculous amount for orthotics only to have my orthopedic doctor tell me the orthotics were unnecessary and actual harmful. I went in twice to pick up the orthotics and each time the orthotics were not right. read more

Arrived at 930…read morefor a 10am appointment (told me to arrive at 940) and waited for an hour figuring they were running behind. asked the desk, they never finalized my check in somehow and then was told to wait longer. got back to the waiting area where the nurse apologized but said the doctor just took a different patient so I'd have to wait. i told myself if it goes over 1.5 hours after my appointment, I'd have to leave for work. ended up leaving without being seen. the building was nice, but the system was awful and the people in the waiting room were quite loud and noisy (old man playing Tik toks at top volume). it was chaotic and I could not recommend this place any less.
