Everything was so neatly folded. My Master Bathroom? Detailed like a vehicle. Kitchen sink? No water spots. You could tell that things were cleaned versus just smelling cleaned. I paid an extra $75.00 for refrigerator cleaning? They cleaned the freezer too. Which I didn't know was possible. I am a very satisfied customer. Yesterday was a great beginning to a brand new business relationship. But I'm not posting any pictures of my home.

On multiple occasions, when my parents asked simple questions--such as whether something had been or would be cleaned--they were ignored entirely. Additionally, workers have left the home without informing them, which is both disrespectful and concerning given their age (81 and 77). I am also extremely disappointed in the quality of the cleaning itself. After the last two scheduled cleanings, I personally inspected the home immediately afterward. What I found was unacceptable: Dust remained on top of the microwave--undisturbed across multiple visits. Dog hair and debris were left under the kitchen table, and the floor was still sticky. The carpet in the dog's room appeared untouched. These are not minor oversights--they are clear signs that large portions of the home are being missed. Your company promotes exceptional ratings, but upon closer review, there appears to be a pattern: customers are satisfied with initial deep cleans, but ongoing weekly services decline in quality. Unfortunately, that has been exactly my parents' experience. My parents paid $140 for a partial cleaning of their home, yet based on what was actually completed, the service delivered was nowhere near that value. At a minimum, I expect: A personal apology to my parents. I strongly encourage you, as the owner, to personally inspect their home. The current condition does not reflect the standards your company claims to uphold.
