The staff is knowledgable and very professional, but most importantly, are sensitive and empathetic and know how to handle a very difficult situation (especially dealing with children). Children contracted lice at preschool, and then passed it onto other members of family. Tried home remedies and over counter chemicals didn't work. Disentangled got rid of the problem in ONE VISIT.
