Dr Benjamin examined the tooth and did appropriate tests to determine if a root canal was needed. Once anesthetized, he started and completed the treatment efficiently with the use of a microscope. He took an intraoral photo to show me the crack in my tooth. He answered my questions and provided thorough written post operative instructions. It was painless. You also had the option to be able to watch a tv show of your choice during treatment if you wanted. His staff were nice and gave me tour of the office.

Never had a problem with a dental procedure here. Notice how none of the negative reviews for this dentist actually claim a negative reaction or a botched procedure, maybe people take it for granted but at least HALF of dentists in this country are scammers and mess up procedures habitually, so we're lucky to have a dentist this good. I have been going to this office for my dental needs for almost seven years now. I remember I was so worried during my first visit because it had been quite some time since my last dental checkup. Dr. Woodruff and his team gave me a great deep cleaning, and made future appointments something for me to look forward to. Dental hygienists have rotated out throughout the years. Some are better than others. I advise you to try them all once and then you can stick with your favorite. Do not be shy about requesting a particular hygienist. Dr. Woodruff and his staff are very calm, patient, and takes their time during each examination and cleaning. However, I was only given her sports physical and not the medical physical. Upon calling, and asking for them to give medical part I was accused of telling them that they were lying that the only thing I came in for was a sports physical. The provider continue to argue with me and told me then that he was the owner of the practice. And then I was accusing not only of him lying, but also his wife, who is supposedly the nurse or medical assistant. The state license is registered with FRANK SEIPP. All I requested is for the medical part of the appointment and I was told I would need to pay for a new appointment. THIS WAS THE REASON I MADE THE APPOINTMENT IN THE FIRST PLACE!!

Cassie pre numbed my mouth for the novacaine. The Dr came in and he explained every step and let me know I would feel a sting for 5 seconds numbing the roof of my mouth. I did not feel any discomfort! Through the whole procedure Dr Barkley explained everything he was doing. I enjoyed the music. Sinartra, Durante and Nat King Cole and others. He did exrays 3 times to make sure the tooth was in good shape. I was given a warm cloth to clean my face and hands after all was completed.
