So you called me once and ended the call in about 5 seconds before I could answer it and when I called the number back all I got was music. Consistent with my experience to date. BTW even the package you prescribed says it's for skin and not toenails. Spent $20 on that. Waste of time and money. read more

Adding my review from Google to Yelp so more people can avoid this clinic. Absolutely appalling experience. I have never been more disgusted by the complete lack of basic human decency than I was at this clinic. A few weeks ago, my wife had just torn a ligament in her leg--literally in the parking lot--after a PT session next door. She was in significant pain and also trying to care for our crying 4-month-old. I rushed over from work, and we went into this clinic seeking immediate help. Her physical therapist next door (20 feet away) saw this and offered to evaluate her immediately, so we decided to try to walk there. We politely asked if we could borrow a pair of crutches--just to get her safely next door, since we also had to push our baby in the stroller--and promised to return them immediately. They refused. Not just the front desk--the manager came out, saw the situation firsthand, and still said no, citing "legal liability." Not because they didn't have the crutches. Not because of availability. Zero compassion. No flexibility. No common sense. Just policy over basic human decency. Watching my wife struggle and cry in pain as we cared for our crying infant, while staff stood by and did nothing, not even offering to hold the door for us as we left, was beyond infuriating--it was inexcusable. The staff should be embarrassed and ashamed of themselves. If this is how they treat people in urgent, real-life situations, I would seriously question the level of care they provide in general. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. Go somewhere else. read more

Horrible reception and care experience. Went in as one of last appointments of the night and they basically rushed me through a health screening and proceeded to prescribe medicine that I needed right away only they sent the script to the wrong pharmacy that was closed. I couldn't get the meds because as soon as I was out the door they shut their doors and their phones 20 minutes before closing. The worst! read more

My wife went to this clinic to get a wart removed. They submitted the visit within insurance under "surgery" and said the visit cost $350 dollars. Half that was covered by insurance. I'm sorry, but spraying some wart remover should not constitute a "surgery." This is very dishonest. Additionally, good luck calling the dispute a charge. They send you in circles in their phone system and tell you to submit the dispute online. We submitted a dispute over a month ago and got nothing. I would highly recommend considering going somewhere else if you have a clinical need to be addressed. read more

To walk into the clinic at 8am and to hear loud Latin dance music playing is a bit much. Then to be greeted by a representative at the front desk who hasn't a clue how to manage their 'system'.... I think there is tremendous improvement needed here. We however will not be back. This display is a disgrace to the medical industry. read more

Went to the clinic because my daughter had a cough that she couldn't shake for 2 weeks. Before we saw the doctor, they asked us which tests we wanted ordered - Covid, strep or flu - my choice. But shouldn't the Doctor/NP check the patient out and then order tests? She had no symptoms but the cough. We see the NP, Madhur Dass, and she doesn't even look at my daughter and says the cough is being driven by drinking cold water at school and we should stop that and it'll go away. I pushed back on that given she always drinks from a water bottle at school. Only then did the doctor check her ears and throat. Noticed a cloudiness in her ear and at that point prescribed a steroid and allergy pill. It seemed like they were more interested in charging for tests and getting you out as fast as possible than actually having some try to diagnose the challenge. read more

Never ever coming here again. I came in for a blood test and the np said she would follow up with me and explain the results. She never called me back I had to follow up and come in for her to tell me the results and explain them to me that took like 30 seconds of her day I'm not sure why she couldn't just call me. Also the receptionist very rude gives a lot of attitude over the phone. Lastly the nurse partitioner really don't know sh*t lol any kind of questions I had were mostly answered by I'm not sure and you have to follow up with your gyno. Doctors have always done a great job with me and my daughter for our urgent care needs.

I have visited the clinic twice in the recent month. The initial visit was for my own issue due to chest pains. The visit was so easy with the online check-in which essentially saves you a spot for that specific time. I was seen within 5 mins of arriving. The staff were extremely friendly and the visit was quick and efficient. They took the time to ask questions and listen carefully. The second visit was today for my son who had injured his finger. We were seen in less than 5 mins from arriving and triaged quickly with an xray and out the door within 20 mins. I even called after hours for some results and they called back immediately. I would highly recommend the clinic for non-emergency visits. read more

This place can be quick and convenient for small and minor issues. However, the last two times I have been here made me frustrated and more concerned than when I arrived. After doing a urine sample, there was high glucose in my urine and they insisted I had diabetes and if not that then another concerning issue. I returned again shortly after for a follow up unrelated to the diabetes comment and we retested and turns out the machine wasn't calibrated. I understand this may not be the nurses fault, however, to have someone go days concerned about an issue they don't have due to a programming issue in their machines is inappropriate and ridiculous. I most recently came back with flu like symptoms to which I tested positive for mono. Then I received a negative blood test a day later. Not once did any nurse call me to discuss what this meant or clarify this confusing test result to discuss whether I had mono or not which is definitely a big deal. When I called and asked for clarification they told me I needed an appointment. I called again the next day insisting answers as I was supposed to attend a wedding that night and the answer was crucial to my health and well being. It wasn't until my mom talked on the phone and demanded answers that the front desk lady said a nurse would call me in a few minutes. 2 hours goes by and still no call. I decided to call again and a man answered the phone and was apologetic and personable. He gave the phone back to the lady that said it would only take a few mins for the phone call and blamed it on their busyness and did not apologize while having a rude tone at the same time and said that this is why they don't do phone calls to patients. I would've understood more had she not told me to expect a few mins and it takes hours. When it comes to patients results and things becoming misconstrued it is essential that a doctor or nurse contacts the patient whether that be phone call or email to clarify. This was not professional and created more of a hassle and stress than need be. I will absolutely not be coming back and have already discussed this with friends and families who will not be coming. read more

We have had luck with this facility before, and just had a very slow experience at NW immediate care so we tried MEC again. They were understaffed and busy (Sunday afternoon), but we eventually got to see a doctor for an ankle injury. After that x-rays quickly followed and we were told to go home and wait on X-ray results by end of day. They never came. Called twice the following morning and was emailed results. No fracture - great - but my daughter is still in pain and it's Monday morning so she has to go to school. No diagnosis, no boot, no meds, no guidance. Called them all day Monday and was promised a call back. It never came. So now it's Tuesday and we're in the same position. If I wanted to guess at the medical treatment or wanted to wait, I would google it and avoid "Immediate Care". Back to Northwestern from now on it seems because we might have to wait a bit longer but at least we will get medical treatment and advice. read more

My daughter went in to see I'm assuming a nurse practitioner since I don't think this place has any actual MDs there, for complaints of sinus congestion, severe headache and stuffiness in general. She's been like this since I want to say October and can't seem to shake these symptoms. The headache has become increasingly severe this week. My daughter is 20 so she did not want me to come in with her (rolling my eyes) so I waited. This is the second time we have wasted our time on this place We pay premium prices for our health care benefits and although we don't need to pay upfront, it's still a damn cost! This ridiculous NP had the nerve to seriously tell my daughter first of all it's a virus and then to seriously tell her to take a teaspoon of honey daily. I mean what the hell is that. Are we in the freaking 1950s lady. You obviously have no clue and you should seriously stop telling people that pay alot of money for healthcare that bull crap. It's ridiculous. I'll bet you would not have done that if I was in the room with her lady! My daughter walked out still feeling sick, still with a headache and worthless advice. You should all be ashamed of yourself. You don't even supply a discharge summary so that your patients can freaking remember any of your dumb recommendations you give for OTCs! I hope management sees this review. I wanna talk to someone. This NP told my daughter to return in one week if her symptoms continue. Ya well that stupid teaspoon of honey should really help! Omg. How bout some antibiotics or some better advice. She's not coming back! Also. Receptionist in the front needs a personality, very flat and uncaring tone. read more
