She explains the procedure very well. She lets you know that there are intervals where you can talk to her and move around. I had to scratch my nose, so she guided my hand to my nose. The actual bedding seemed like foam, comfy. She put a wedge under my legs to help the lower back. My MRI was for my neck and the device wasn't intimidating. What I laid my neck on was sorta like a U shaped pillow. Then like a grill, sorta like a football player wears was open, is put on your face, not confining at all. Added plus I got to listen to Yanni's music. I texted my doctor, if I ever need a MRI again, I definitely want to go there. Update: As comforting as they were the MRI my orthopedic doctor said the CD wasn't done well. This really upsets me, because he said if therapy doesn't help I'll need to go to a different place to get another MRI. it upsets me because I'm claustrophobic I needed to be sedated for the Bloomingdale MRI and now I have to go through this again.

The person that MRIed me was great. Very good at what they do, caring, and engages in conversation. Let's face it it can be awkward taking a test and meeting some random people, but the people at ANY job who at least attempt to talk to you are above and beyond the average worker just going through the motions. At least the person I had was that way, which was great. As in the end we all do our little ways to help, but they really do add up and help others so because of great service 5 stars.

They then had the balls to send through billing to my insurance company after I had already had a second set done. We attempted to reach out to them and their 6 other locations with no results or return calls before doing that. Seems nothing has changed since 2019 as I see other horrible reviews. To top it off when I was there in my gown some guy who clearly did not work there stood inside the door to speak to the technician. She told me he was the old owner saying hello. Really while a patient is standing there half naked WTF! So sketchy and unprofessional. Imaging Centers of America were fantastic. Sent my images the very next day and their offices are lovely and not sketchy like Molecular, Carol stream is.

Despite being told otherwise by the insurance company and the doctor's office, OBSC insists that the parents are on the hook for money they are not. They flat out do not care, because they know that parents will travel across the country for this treatment, and if they have to get more than one treatment, OBSC can hold off the scheduling of future treatments over the parents' heads until the Center has properly shaken down the parents. Even after being told by the insurance company in no uncertain terms that OBSC is wrong for doing so. It's shameful. Or, as they told us this week, "it's a business."

I arrived 20 minutes before 8am, when doctors start seeing people. The woman at the check in desk (Debra) was very kind and helpful. She took care of everything, told me I was second & directed me where to go. No one was called in until 8:10am. The woman they called in first came after me and the other woman. Then, 3 more people went in (1 being the woman ahead of me & 2 individuals that arrived afterwards). I checked in with the front desk to see why I hadn't been called. Debra inquired. They called me next. The male nurse took my vitals and was friendly. After he left though, I wanted in the room to see a doctor for another 15 minutes. Checked with the desk; they said someone would be in soon and that there was someone with an emergency they had to attend to first. Doctor saw me for 5 maybe 10 mins max. She was nice. I just really hate how long the entire process took and was charge $50 for all that waiting and such short time seeing the provider. Considering I arrived early and was the second in line, this shouldn't taken as long as it did. I get that medical offices are understaffed; however, the fact that people were called in before me who arrived afterwards, that's unfair. Walk ins should be seen according to the order in which they arrived. I'd give this a one star review if it wasn't for the friendliness of the staff.

The first time I visited I wasn't sent a bill I received a text saying I needed to pay immediately or my account would be sent to collections. I paid it in full. I went a second time about 6 weeks ago. I made sure they had my updated billing contact info and my new address. I did not receive a bill from them yet. I received a bill for my lab work three weeks ago and it's been paid but my bill for my visit has yet to arrive. I called the number listed on their website for billing and got placed on hold for ten minutes then sent to a voicemail. Something is off around their billing and I'm worried for when I get my bill if I get it. Don't go here it's not worth the risk of having a medical bill go to collections without notice.

Update on billing and payment processing for this place. NOT GOOD…read more I submitted my bill to my Flexible Spending Account for them to send payment. I completed the address and account number. Payment was sent. I kept getting notices that I had an outstanding balance, so I actually called. They told me it probably hadn't been posted yet and not to worry about it. Then I got ANOTHER notice saying FINAL NOTICE. I contacted my Flexible Spending company and asked for payment verification. They gave me a date and sent me a copy of the front and back of the check. I forwarded this to Physicians Immediate Care and got back a short response. Something along the lines of "we don't do business with the bank that deposited this check and you still owe us money." WTF! So I paid the correct amount, I sent it to the correct address with my name and account number on it, but I am still responsible for paying (again)! I contacted them again and repeated that I did everything possible to pay this and it's not my fault it didn't get to the correct place. I addressed it correctly. They refused to deal with it and told me it was up to me to get my money back from my FSA and they take no responsibility for the payment not going to the right spot. Very shady. So pay with a credit card or better yet, just avoid this place.
