He didn't gauge me for my custody hearing, came to Big Island like a swift hawk, ready, calm, and after, paid for my car to be detailed when I was on my way to do it. He did it not to gain favor, but because Inwas a single mom. He's that kind of person, of man. He didn't bill me for my situation in 2021. Many lawyers would have charged me at least 500.00 for the phone call and letter he wrote, which didn't take a lot of time out of his schedule, to be correct, however, he called me in the hospital, listened deeply and within a day, the hospital was scrambling to get me released. It was a situation that could have gone in quite a different direction without his help. He took it on because he knew me. Not for another check. He knew me because, in the short time we worked together on my custody case ( a month or two?) he actually listened and could view the bigger picture of my life. Who does that anymore? He is extremely acute in his awareness and has intuition that he uses in balance with that. Whatever he wrote on his letter, it was enough to cut a few doctors and nurses down to size. There are few lawyers left with that kind of integrity. I highly recommend Noel Tipton and his firm (his father is the senior, also an extraordinary man) They do what they say and they don't shy away.

Being in the Army for over 13 years, I knew from the get-go that in order to receive my fair shake, I had to hire a civilian attorney to represent me; not because Trial Defense Service's attorneys are not good, but because they are extremely understaffed, overworked, and are not as supplied as the prosecution office. As stated, it would have been non-sequitur to have only utilized military representation. For background, my process lasted roughly 13 months, and Noel Tipon was with me every step, explaining anything and everything I needed him to, in an easy-to-understand way. When I was looking for an attorney, I definitely did my due diligence as attorney fees are not cheap, especially for the charges I was being accused of. After calling roughly 15 different law firms, Noel Tipon's name had been mentioned a few times, so I gave him a ring. From the beginning, he didn't blow smoke up my you know what, but what he did was tell me directly the left and right limits of what could happen, explaining the good and bad of my case, etc. It was direct, but not in a bad way; I had some attorneys say that they could get me off and get the case dismissed, but I wanted realistic expectations, not someone just wanting a paycheck. Noel Tipon even mentioned to me that I should not retain him until charges and everything have been brought forward, but that was the only time I didn't listen to his instructions, as I decided to retain him due to his qualifications, how he presented himself, and how he didn't seem like the typical "money hungry" attorney everyone fears. During the actual trial, members in the gallery described Noel as Johnnie Cochran; his tenacity in the courtroom throughout the entire trial was nothing less than spectacular and thorough. The prosecutor, in my case, had two additional assisting attorneys, and Noel consistently outshined all three of them in every aspect. While I can not say whether or not he can get you the verdict you want, all I know is what occured in my case, which was a verdict of "not guilty" on all charges. In all, my best choice was to retain Noel. If you decide to retain Noel, I would highly recommend to never lying or hiding anything surrounding your case, and to be completely open and honest with him; that is your best shot at having the most positive outcome for your situation. Based on the charges, I can honestly say he not only saved my career, but literally the rest of my life, so I'll always be thankful for him and can rest assured that I 100% made the right choice on an attorney and that you will as well.

In addition he has collaborated with Patagonia, Hawaiian Airlines, and Jamba Juice, as well as had his art comissioned for various locations throughout the islands. As it was super crowed, I wasn't able to make a decision. Luckily he invited me to a Pau Hana event at this studio/store in Kailua right next to the Whole Foods store. At the store, it was super easy to visualize the various sizes and different frames available. They had prints as low as $26 for 12 by 18 travel prints, as well as canvas wrap and large prints. A wide variety of frames including wood, whitewash and Monkeypod wood. Ultimately we were able to decide on a few prints with the help of Nick and Dale at the studio, and chose a frame that we found suitable. We can't wait to get these on our walls to show them off.
