    I called Midway USA spoke to Nick who was rude. Then I spoke with Becky who was worst then Nick she hang up twice on me. Midway USA use to be a good company but now they are rude. I tried to speak to a supervisor and they gave me a hard time. They wanted to know my first and last name, address, zip code, to see if I was a customer or not. I ask do I need to be a customer just to talk to a supervisor? and I also had to have a reason of why I need to speak to a supervisor. It was awful. I am a customer. I tried to bye Lock Tight and was ask to download a class 1 FFL or Drivers License to be able to ship to California. Anything gun related including gunsmiths tools, or parts they must have ether An FFL or DL. I ask why not the same for paper targets, answer was no. Well paper targets is gun related for you are shooting your guns to it. MIDWAY USA said that as off January 2026 California regulated that all gun related products must download a valid FFL and or DL to be ship to California. Only Midwest USA. Well You lost 4 Customers in California. Your people are rude, and I will not download my FFL or DL for lock tight. MGW, Aero Precision, Gun Broker, AR15 Discounts, Palmetto State Armory, Wing Tactical, are not asking for no DAM FFL or DL to bye Lock tight.... So Good Bye MIDWAY USA . If you are from California be prepared to have your Class 1 FFL and or DL to ship anything to you... Jupiter G. Zombie.

    bad experiences, horrible attitude towards customers with a fake smile.

    I placed an ammo order along with some chokes at a good discount and attached my FFL03 & COE license. They declined it and canceled the order without even giving me a chance to provide any FFL. But customer service told me over the phone that I had 5 days! They're just extremely greedy--they removed the discounts from my items, and now you can't buy them at that price again. Very disappointing. I've ordered ammo from many shops, but these guys make up their own rules, regardless of state laws. I will never come back. Bad business in the heart of America. I wish they would be better if someone changed Larry's team with him. Date of experience: February 15, 2025

    They praise themselves for fast shipping but order it Wednesday they promise it on Friday but don't get it til the following Tuesday

    keep on timing out, terrible UI, don't bother with the search engine. Overall, just a bad experience.

    Long story short, the customer service is extremely lacking…read more They cancelled a CC class on me last month. I was offered a refund, but I wanted to stay with them, so I rescheduled for the following month. I managed to injure my back on the Saturday prior to class. I called to speak with someone on that Saturday afternoon, but got an answering machine. I left a message, thinking they were busy and would get back to me. I tried again to reach out the following Sunday morning (8:00am) to try to speak to someone in regards to rescheduling, or attempting to keep the class with no answer. I tried to reach out multiple times after that, and finally got to speak with someone on the following Wednesday. The manager, Joe, is exceptionally rude. I attempted to explain my situation, only to have him cut me off at every question. Stating that they were closed on Saturday when I called. (Nowhere is it stated on their FB page, Google, website, or voicemail that this was the case. Apparently they are closed every other Saturday, by the way). And he inevitably hung up on me. I ended up having my other half call back on a three way call, only to listen to him state that I had "berated" him for "10 minutes" (the initial call was 2:30). And to state that I didn't have the balls to take care of it myself. An attempt was made to speak with the owner, with no response. I get that they have bills to pay, but as a paying loyal customer, so do I. I was not offered any kind of "compromise". I got a halfhearted "sorry" that I injured my back partway through my phone call. The form I signed covered the initial class they cancelled on me. I was not asked to come back in and sign a new one for the updated date. I also understand that the form stated to call "prior to Friday" if I needed to reschedule. However, this was out of my control, and I tried many times to even speak to someone to see what could be done prior to the class starting. I did not want to come to a class on painkillers or muscle relaxers when I knew there was range time.
