Puppy Travelers - Our little Maggie couldnt be more perfect! She came to us from Missouri to Greenvile SC! Highly recommend this transport company!!

This company was fantastic…read more Communication was awesome. I felt so comfortable and at ease with them bringing our new boy all the way from Missouri to palm beach Florida. They kept in touch from beginning to end. He is home and happy as could be. I would use them again and highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you so so much!

I got 2 Yorkie puppies from a wonderful breeder in Oklahoma. Originally the plan would be that I…read morewould fly out there to get them but that date I could go was far too close to Thanksgiving day. I asked the breeder if she could possibly ship the pups by plane but she said airlines stopped shipping animals by cargo years ago. I didn't know that since I haven't had a pup shipped by plane in 18yrs. The breeder then said she knew of only 1 pet transporter that could drive the puppies to me and I agreed and probably a much safer option for the pups. The breeder contacts the the transport company and this is before I knew the name of the transport company. The breeder calls be back and said, the closest the transporter drives is to Corona, Ca which. Is in SoCal and I live in NorCal lol. I agreed to meet in Corona to pick up the puppies since my options were pretty limited at the time. A few days before I am to receive my puppies Puppy Travelers contacts me to confirm the date and location. The day day before I am to drive do to SoCal the transport driver calls me and tells me about what time he would be at the location but would call me in plenty of time before he comes since I'm in NorCal. I never received that call the following day so I left to drive down to Coronas. There is a lot of construction going on on the freeway and what should I have been a 6.5 hr drive turned into almost 9 hrs. The transporter calls me and tells me the time he will be in Corona which was a later time, but with the traffic I was in I wouldn't be there for another hour after the fact. He agreed to wait then call back and asks how far I'm I from Barstow, Ca. I look at my gps and it's actually much closer to me. We agree and meeting at a truck stop in Barstow.. I know sounds super sketchy but I wasn't alone. We meet up and I am asked to sign a paper stating I receive my dog in great condition and good appearance. One puppy was fine but the other was lethargic and nose was running back. The transporter claims it because the van is temp controlled but I called bs because once again the other pup is lethargic as well. I sign the paper only because I knew that the sick looking pup needed to get to a vet. I received the puppies not in the condition the breeder sent them as I stayed in contact with the breeder. The following day I get the lethargic pup to the vet and he was in bad shape. The vet thought he had parvo based on all the symptoms the only thing he didn't have was diarrhea. Luckily the pup did not have parvo and did have his shots for it. He had Giardia and antibiotics did the trick and is so much better and eating again. I take the other pup to the vet the day after since he looked perfectly fine and playful and full of energy and ate. Well not only did he also have Giardia but also Coccidia which he need a lot more meds to take care of it. He too did test negative for Parvo. I contacted the breeder and informed her about everything she was concerned as she doesn't really like using transport. The van appeared clean but it was also dark outside but it too did have a little foul odor. My puppies were dirty when we picked them up and I know the weren't when the breeder released them or Puppy Travelers. After looking up this company the transport to pet shops and pick up puppy mills dog for pet shops and a pet broker as well that goes my a few business names. I definitely believe the other people's review on here and I cannot recommend this transporter at all. I'm just happy my pups were not in the type of situations as other on here. I will definitely fly next time will never use any kind of pet transporter ever again since the travel with a ton of other animals and highly than not got sick during transport.

Yes, I said I would leave a bad review for the unethical practice and unlike you; I hold my word…read more My dogs condition hasn't been fixed even after paying for their advise.. From Paws owner: "number one priority is the wellbeing of pets" interesting because my dogs paws have not healed even after given "proper instructions with scheduled medicines" and my solid 186 payment. Still haven't had any follow up calls to see how HE IS DOING. That should be number one, right? From Paws: "Julie Dube first time customer called Paws and requested an estimate on 8/14/2024. Estimate was for vet exam, rabies vaccine, heartworm test and heartworm preventative for a total of $102.09. please note that estimates are valid for 30 days only." FEEL FREE to look at the call logs. Their "estimates" change within four days not 30.. pictures added below of call logs.. The initial $45 was for the paw condition so that's their poor logging (Again untruthful or terrible communication on their part) From owner: "Customer came in on 11/02/2024 and everything that was in the estimate was done. Customer also wanted our Vet to check on an ongoing skin problem her dog is having (which was not in the estimate)." I'm sorry but if a customer is asking price in the first place whatever is given to your fur baby should be consented with a given price. From owner: "Vet examined her pet and prescribed 2 different meds for his skin condition. Customer also wanted to know if there were any other vaccines her pet needed. she was told her pet needed two more vaccines. Customer declined one of them and agreed on the other. End of vet visit." I agree on this, however the "accountant" should've stated my bill before they injected him not at the counter after I had no choice. From owner: Customer was very upset when she was given her invoice totaling $186.31 which included: 1. Her original estimate. 2. One extra vaccine and meds to treat her pet for skin condition. Obviously I was upset because I was misquoted and AGAIN my dogs diagnosis wasn't "treated" From owner: "Customer and was not pleasant with the staff, "demanded compensation of free products for spending extra money that she was not expected to spend. Stated she was going to leave a pretty bad review for being scammed into products" I was pleasant with staff I was unpleasant to the owner because her natured inability to understand. Did I not pay the bill within 5 minutes of getting it? I called back hours later after really thinking I got screwed over. NEVER demanded anything spoke from my heart for me to trust this vet I would want to make up the measly money for their discrepancy of price. which would account to $13 a month once a month.. for heartgard. Thanks for helping mine and my dogs financials concerns after just moving out here while you said you have to take care of 14-15? Of your own animals, no wonder you price gouge. Also, I know I wasn't rude to your receptionist because she's a single mother of four so maybe you should gouge your own pockets.... and cut her some of what you're pocketing. Lets just state maybe have them read the fine line before they sign. Very pathetic and you can live with that. "Wow" Done with my rant. First picture is a free clinic to get your loved ones help when you need it- not corporate. Not this Paws place

Cross the street if you see these people coming! Horrible service and attitudes. Never will we…read moredarken their door again! I would have given them ZERO stars if I could have..... We have a small Chi that was sneezing constantly and obviously needed teeth pulled. I called for a quote over the phone and the rep itemized the fees which included teeth cleaning and extractions. After the office visit they pretty much confirmed what I had suspected. They provided us with another quote which lined up with the over the phone quote....but did not give us a copy. I wasn't concerned figuring it would be in the file. Pre-surgery they gave us a bottle of 7 day antibiotics to administer twice a day. The bottle was dark brown completely opaque and so was the syringe......so we don't have any idea just how much liquid was actually included. We were instructed to fill the syringe to the quite obvious fill line.....which we were very careful to do. On the morning of the 4th day we found the bottle was completely dry. We called them early and left a message with their answering service. My husband ran over there for the balance of the medication. They belittled him saying we just weren't careful enough and gave the dog too much.....which we certainly DID NOT! They were adamant it was completely our fault. When they finally conceded and gave us the balance of the medication, they put it in premeasured syringes to make sure it was done correctly and tried charging us for it. What a damn insult! My husband is much more diplomatic than I would have been, and left without much of a fight. But he did refuse to pay and they would not admit the fault may have been theirs. Surgery seemed to go well so when my husband went to pick up our dog, the bill was $25 higher than the maximum we were quoted in the office! He was not in the mood to bicker with them and just left. I was furious! Not so much the extra amount, but we were charged for 'cleaning' when they knew it was going to be ALL extractions. Did they have to 'clean' them before pulling the teeth???? We paid almost $400 for a few pulled teeth! Disreputable ethics! I just had to voice my dissatisfaction so I went to their website and sent an email to corporate@animalclinicofdiamond.com . Being 'corporate' it felt like it might reach someone with authority and hopefully customer care. NO SUCH THING! NO RESPONSE! I waited a week and then wrote again and included my original email, just in case it was not received. Never even got the courtesy of a response. This place is unprofessional and simply don't care. Go somewhere else if you really love your pets......

I am extremely dissatisfied with Eric Steinlage, DVM, owner of All Dogs Clinic in Rogers, AR. He is…read morelucky to have a staff, vet-assistants and receptionists, who are kind, helpful and professional. -- Dr. Steinlage offers canine dental cleanings, but he loves tooth extractions lacking the equipment, x-ray or cat-scan, to examine the dog's mouth; relying only on his eyes, which led to my Chihuahua Lola (and I) being wronged. -- I brought my 9-yrs old Chihuahua to the clinic for a dental cleaning ONLY. Lola always had her Ora et dental chews. Before the procedure, I signed an iPad screen (the receptionist said it was giving permission for the anesthesia and the cleaning. Everybody was dropping out dogs for procedures, so she didn't show me the document i was signing online, and I didn't requested it at this busy time). -- I expressly stated face-to-tace to Dr. Eric, on that day, that I did not want any tooth extractions without prior x-rays AND my specific consent. I also requested that in case an extraction was indicated and authorized by me, to save for me my doggie's tooth. (I collect my dogs' teeth since they were puppies). Despite those instructions, Lola's two lower incisors and an upper one, were extracted without any phone call, text message, or direct communication attempt to obtain my approval and threw her teeth away. (I/we were available all day). -- An irreversible procedure was performed taking away my right to express "informed consent" in my dog's care. -- The initial budget for the dental cleaning, around $300.00, went up to almost $600.00. adding the multiple extractions and unnecessary x-rays of her whole little body. He didn't inform me in advance that he didn't have dental x-rays, so he charged me for all those body X-rays. After the surgery, the vet and his assistants acted dismissive to us. -- This Dr. claims that he is cheaper that other vets, but... you get what you thought you were going to pay for. -- This experience changed Lola's life and caused me and my husband significant distress, resulting in a complete loss of trust in this clinic. Based on what occurred, we would not return and would not recommend this practice for dental procedures.
