I am extremely dissatisfied with Eric Steinlage, DVM, owner of All Dogs Clinic in Rogers, AR. He is lucky to have a staff, vet-assistants and receptionists, who are kind, helpful and professional. -- Dr. Steinlage offers canine dental cleanings, but he loves tooth extractions lacking the equipment, x-ray or cat-scan, to examine the dog's mouth; relying only on his eyes, which led to my Chihuahua Lola (and I) being wronged. -- I brought my 9-yrs old Chihuahua to the clinic for a dental cleaning ONLY. Lola always had her Ora et dental chews. Before the procedure, I signed an iPad screen (the receptionist said it was giving permission for the anesthesia and the cleaning. Everybody was dropping out dogs for procedures, so she didn't show me the document i was signing online, and I didn't requested it at this busy time). -- I expressly stated face-to-tace to Dr. Eric, on that day, that I did not want any tooth extractions without prior x-rays AND my specific consent. I also requested that in case an extraction was indicated and authorized by me, to save for me my doggie's tooth. (I collect my dogs' teeth since they were puppies). Despite those instructions, Lola's two lower incisors and an upper one, were extracted without any phone call, text message, or direct communication attempt to obtain my approval and threw her teeth away. (I/we were available all day). -- An irreversible procedure was performed taking away my right to express "informed consent" in my dog's care. -- The initial budget for the dental cleaning, around $300.00, went up to almost $600.00. adding the multiple extractions and unnecessary x-rays of her whole little body. He didn't inform me in advance that he didn't have dental x-rays, so he charged me for all those body X-rays. After the surgery, the vet and his assistants acted dismissive to us. -- This Dr. claims that he is cheaper that other vets, but... you get what you thought you were going to pay for. -- This experience changed Lola's life and caused me and my husband significant distress, resulting in a complete loss of trust in this clinic. Based on what occurred, we would not return and would not recommend this practice for dental procedures. read more

I love this place. Doctor Eric is attentive and informative. My 10 year old baby (Dexter) recently had to have all of her teeth pulled. I was shocked that this service was actually 1/3 the cost of what I was quoted from the clinic Dex had been going to for the first 8 years of his life. Recently Dex has lost his eye sight and has a few other problems. While some of the news of his health was emotional Doctor Eric was kind and thorough with the care and information he gave. I gave this review 5 stars but they deserve 10. read more

Millie, my English bulldog, is very extra. Super high maintenance. Dr. Steinlage has taken care of her since she was 8 weeks old. She has every bulldog problem. Seriously. He just fixes each one as it comes up. Skin . Tail on too tight . Ears . Dew claws . Respiratory everything . Allergic to the world . Wrinkles . He is very responsive and has helped us after hours, weekends, etc. I love that he gets down on the floor with her so she's as comfortable as she can be. I've tried vets closer to home but won't ever do that again. This is the perfect vet for me and Millie. I took my border collie there until the end of his life. I couldn't have asked for more compassion and a peaceful, dignified goodbye. Highly recommend if you and/or your pet are high maintenance. read more

We brought our dog here for the first time and we had a great experience. There was an emergency that came in so our appointment was a little delayed. But I would want our dog to be immediately treated during an emergency so I completely understood. The vet was very nice and also apologized for the delay. Our appointment was for a heart-worm test. They charged $25 since it was just a simple wellness visit. The heart-worm test was $38. The vet did a simple blood draw. He explained that the test would also check for certain tick borne illnesses as well. He let us know our dog needed some cream on his nose to help with the dryness and to take fish oil daily to help with his dry skin/coat. The heart-worm test came back negative and he went over the medications they carry for prevention. * Carries interceptor - $55 - 6mo. (22lb dog) And bravecto - $60 - 6mo (22lb dog) Or simparica trio - $103.20 - 6mo. 1/mo. With the rebate offered online (22lb dog) Injection pro heart- $68.67 1 year We opted to order the Simparica Trio through the website they provided us. Shipping says free 3-5 days. I will bring our dog here again. The vet is the nicest guy! Very attentive, yet laid back. The front desk staff (2 guys) are fantastic as well. We had an all around great experience and we're switching my mom's dog here next. read more

My 16 year old Westie, has been under the care of All Dogs Clinic since I moved to Rogers 11 years ago. My sweet Elliott became very ill and sadly I made the difficult decision to have him euthanized. Dr. Eric was compassionate enough however his staff was absolutely horrible, in particular Megan. She was spiteful, rude and unapologetic. It seems the clinic has undergone a total staff change as I didn't recognize anyone nor had I ever been treated like this in the past. MEGAN, increased my suffering ten fold. I'm not sure if I will get another 4 legged companion or not, but one thing is for certain, I will not be returning to All Dog Clinic nor can I recommend it. read more

If you are looking for a Veterinarian and you live in or close to Rogers, Arkansas it is my pleasure to recommend Dr. Eric Steinlage of All Dogs Clinic. We started going to All Dogs Clinic about 5 years ago with Belle our Golden Retriever who was a rescue dog. Dr. Steinlage is an animal lover and treats dogs with great care. Belle's weight was about 60 pounds and on each and every visit he would get down on the floor with her to make her feel more comfortable and do his exam. Belle passed on this past weekend and Dr. Steinlage and his staff made this passing on more comfortable for my wife and I. If and when we get another dog we will return to All Dogs Clinic and Dr, Eric Steinlage. read more

This was our first visit to the Vet with our new rescue puppy Adelaide. Today was a great experience because of all the staff and Dr. Steinlage. We are both big dog people and have had dogs before but nonetheless we went in with a hefty list of questions. When I asked to read my questions so I didn't forget anything the doc rolled up chair and patiently answered each one. Dr. Steinlage spends time working with the shelter where we adopted our new fur baby and that was the main reason we chose his office today. We both think he is great for that service, but we will keep him as Adelaide's doctor because of our fabulous first visit. ;) read more

The doctors here are professional and very competent and Doctor Eric performed a thorough examination of "Baby" and also got her up-to-date with Arkansas' requirements. (AR requires annual rabies where NC allows a vaccine that's good for three years.) read more

I usually don't leave bad reviews, however I've had enough of poor customer service with this staff. I only went to this vet office recently since my newly adopted puppy (@5 mos) was neutered there and wanted to get him a check-up. Dr. Eric is ok, however the staff there are not good when I attempted a couple times to get their approval so I could order flea/tick & heart worm preventative online where is a fraction of the prices at the vet. They failed to communicate to me that they couldn't approve my first order, then denied the 2nd when it was clearly for only 1 month. I will happily continue care for my pup at another local Veternarian office who I have been seeing with my previous dog for the past 9-10 years. I'm beyond frustrated to the lack of professionalism and communication to let clients know before they call back several days later waiting for the preventives... twice. I'm not an idiot and not a first time dog owner, I have a ton of common sense and knowledge of the animal welfare community. I'd appreciate the mutual respect that I know how to care for my pup, if he grows past the weight limit, I'd purchase the next size. Pick up the phone and call you clients, proper communication goes a long way. read more

We have been bringing our dogs to All Dogs Clinic for approximately 2 years now. This past Monday I had to do something that I hoped would never happen. I had to have my baby put to sleep. I knew that this day was coming and I tried not to think of it. I had Schotzie for a little over 16 years. She wasn't just a "good dog", she was my best friend. I made the appointment to have her euthanized and took her in. The entire staff was amazing. I knew the vet to be a compassionate man but that day he was so much more. From the gentle way that he treated Schotzie to his kindness in dealing with us. Not once did Schotzie sqeal or fight. He gave her the shot, she closed her eyes and it was over. Now I am just waiting to get her ashes back. I can not say enough good things about this clinic or the people that work there. read more

The vet here was so aweso.e and helpful, very knowledgeable. My baby Suzy q has been sick since Thursday night so I call in Monday morning and was able to see him on that same day. He listened to me and checked my baby out really good and seemed to really know and care what was wrong with her. He gave her a couple of shots and hopefully they she will get back to herself soon. Sofar she is not hot any more so apparently her fever has broke but she still won't eat anything at all and won't hardly drink anything. She has the cutest smile for a dog and I have not seen it since Thursday, I hope she starts smiling for momma again soon. If she's not eating still by tomorrow I'm thinking she will need to go back and see them awesome people again so we can run some tests. Anyways, I highly recommend this place, they are super friendly and very knowledgeable about dogs! Check them out, and see for yourself. read more

Wow! We are new to the area & I had tried another clinic...based off of other reviews I decided to try here. My dog was due for his annual shots, he was also coughing/choking until he threw up, sneezing and needed his nails trimmed and anal glands expressed. Dr. Eric and his tech were amazing with him. He doesn't like new people, or anyone other than his family normally & he just calmed right down. It was the best he's ever been at any vet. Also, after diagnosing him with kennel cough Dr. Eric helped me find an in-home daycare person to watch our dog while we were OOT. He put him on antibiotics, prescribed pill pockets to dose the meds. and wouldn't give him his vaccines since he was sick. Highly recommend this clinic & all of the staff. read more

Dr. Eric is an excellent vet and is very thorough determining what is going on with your dogs. I adopt and foster rescue pugs, who can have some mysterious health issues. I like that Dr. Eric gives you as much information as possible when explaining treatment options. As a parisitology enthusiast I was interested in all the details of heartworm testing and infection. Very personable and great with our dog. Bonus for offering discounted services (initial visit and neuter/spay) to shelter dogs. My sister in law said he even came back into town on a saturday to help her find her missing dog! Its way across town from us, but worth the trip. All Dogs Clinic is awesome. read more

Over 35 years with dogs (and horses, cats, rabbits, reptiles, etc.) I've worked with a lot of vets and Dr. Eric is truly exceptional. He is very thorough, thoughtful and goes out of his way to help you and your dog patiently, and with a high level of quality care. He is conscious about costs and explains different treatment options carefully, always offering low-cost alternatives when available. Prices are awesome here, especially considering the high level of treatment you're getting. Staff are also super friendly and helpful. Here is a veterinarian who does this for the love of dogs, not just for the money. He even works with the local Rogers Animal Shelter, at low cost, to provide vet care for the shelter dogs. I can't recommend him highly enough! Thank you again Dr. Eric, for all you've done for Fred and Tes, and all the lonely shelter dogs you treat with such care and selflessness! read more

I was a veterinary technician for over 10 years and I have had dogs for over 40 years, so I have worked with a lot of vets and paid for a lot of veterinary services over the years! Dr. Eric Steinlage is the only vet I will take my dogs to now and I am so glad I found his clinic. I used 2 other veterinary clinics since moving to Benton county 8 years ago and am so glad my cat vet recommended All Dogs to me 2 years ago when I expressed unhappiness with who was treating my dogs! At the other clinics I never knew which vet would see my animals so my animals never got to build a bond with them and the other clinics were constantly charging what I considered exorbitant prices. Not Dr. Eric; he is reasonable with prices and really develops a bond with his patients. I have a German Shepherd that will be 15 next month and in the entire time I have had her since she was a pup, I have never found a vet more caring and interested in her well being. I also have an almost-2-year-old German Shepherd and Dr. Eric is the same way with him. The other vet clinics seemed to inflate their prices and were so chaotic when I took my old dog there that she would be stressed out every time and so was my checkbook when I checked out! All Dogs Clinic has a homier setting and since he concentrates only on dogs, it has a better overall atmosphere. I have found his front desk staff to be helpful and kind every time I have called or come in. A while back I had a small pom-mix puppy that got an eye injury and when I called the clinic emergency number on that Saturday morning and spoke with Dr. Eric, he met me at the clinic within 15 minutes and took care of the pup like she was one of his own pets. My dogs and I have finally found a Benton County vet that we can stick with!! read more

After being long time customers, they treated my dog for heart worms and it lead to an issue with the blood vessels in her heart. This meant she would be on steroids the rest of her life. We understood and have kept her on them. When she ran out two weeks ago she started looking sickly and I called the vet. Then I called again and for two weeks I called daily and ALWAYS left a message with detailed information. The last message left was WED at 12:30pm stating she looked bad and we were worried and wanted to get her in ASAP! At 8:40pm we found our beloved family member passed away in her sleep. I left the vet a facebook message stating how unhappy I was about being called back during the entire two weeks.....Not only did they treat me as the one who did something wrong they allowed and encouraged their clients to attack me. What a place I tell you...If you love your animal at ALLL....DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE, YOur just a dollar sign to them!! Oh and this is not the first time there has been as issue, Doctor Eric also missdiagnosed my dog with kennel cough when she actually had heart worms. So the whole extra month she was treated for "kennel cough" (mind you I told him that was not right because I have other dogs who had no symptoms and kennel cough is highly contagious.) she could have been being treated for heart worms during that time ( I also told the vet I was sure that was what it was after much research.). It took me reaserching on my own and taking her back and paing for another visit to prove myself right.... read more

I have used this vet for all of my doggie needs (German Shepherd mixes) for the past two years, everything has been handled in a competent, professional, and friendly manner. I've had cancerous tumors removed, separated nails mended, mange issues resolved, and normal church ups/shots. WOW, this is the best place to take your dog. Dr. Eric is extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. He takes the time to talk with you and explain everything in full detail. Sometimes he tells me so much I get lost and probably get a glassy look in my eyes but that's better then to little info. There have been times we have made a quick stop because we were worried about our dog and he did a full exam and said she's fine nothing to worry about and he didn't charge us for it. We were surprised and very grateful. He knows his business because him not charging us he knows we will be back when something more serious arises. And we have. You won't get any surprises with price if this is a concern. I would definitely come back and would advise anyone to use the All Dogs Clinic. This is a great place. read more

Dr. Eric has taken care of my dogs since 2006. Although I work in Rogers, I live over 30 miles away. Dr. Eric has, from the start, worked with me so that I can drop my pets off in the morning, let him fit them into his schedule, and then pick them up after work. He has explained the geriatric troubles of my older pets and helped me deal with that, while honestly counseling me when I adopted a pet that had severe heart worm. When Dr. Angie wasn't available, Dr. Eric also treated my cat when I had concerns. As long as I have pets, Dr. Eric will be their doctor. read more

Couldn't ask for a better vet for our 4 dogs! Dr. Eric is great. If you have an after hours emergency he provides his contact information on their website and voicemail. Had a dog get Kennel Cough over Christmas holiday weekend and sent him a text with a video of her coughing and he called in a prescription for her. Have nothing but great things to say about him as a vet and a person. Staff is great as well! read more
