When I arrive a woman took my name, then I sat there for 30 minutes... the second woman came out and took someone else, and told me I didn't have an appointment and proceeded to call me a liar and walk away. I was sitting out there for 30 minutes while these ladies couldn't find my appointment and while they wasted my time I could have gone somewhere else.
