When I arrived, I introduced myself and stated I was there to get my tires replaced. The man behind the counter stated, "I don't know nothing about no tires." I explained that I talked to someone the previous business day and the man behind the counter stated, "I ain't got no tires. There ain't been no delivery." I asked him when the delivery would take place and he ignored me. I left and was able to get tires at an establishment down the street.

We took our dually RV for front tires and to possibly remove tire pressure monitors from the stems…read more We spoke to John and he told us that they don't usually work on dually tires. We agreed that if they looked at it and we're not confident then they should not work on it. When we arrived in the afternoon they said they were able to remove the monitors and move the stems for access. We saw a long stem hanging off one tire, which we had not seen before (it may have been tucked behind). We didn't think that was right but we're not "tire experts." Shortly after we headed out for our first trip after they worked on these stems, and we made it to Binghamton NY where both tires went flat. This happened to be Fathers Day and all roadside service providers wanted to change more than their 2 hour minimum @ approximately $150 per hour. We slept in the CVS parking lot and got service the next day. The issue was the UNSECURED stem had come loose. The roadside service replaced the stem and SECURED the extender. We were able to complete our trip to Bar Harbor and back. Upon our return I reached out to John and sent him the invoice. He said he would review it and get back to me. Three weeks later I had to call him and he said he was on vacation for a week and then just forgot about me. He feels they have done nothing wrong and said they would not have left the stem unsecured. I have a photo of it right after we left their shop. Bottom line is this business will not take ownership for their mistakes.

I wanted it to be taken ASAP so on the way home I started looking at places that I could stop at that would be on the way to the highway i.e. how I found this place. It was after 6 o'clock and I started calling places to make sure they were open. When I called the phone went to voicemail but someone did call me back. I explained it had to be done today as I was already on the road bad so instead of coming the next day as they asked they accommodated me coming the same moment. This is kind of why I was against given a one. It was nothing about them being impolite or anything else like that it was just that my husband had me expecting that for the services in which they were going to need to do which was patch up the tire should only been three dollars or four at the most. But they took us in, fixed the tire and didn't tell if it's a hole or not and put the tire back and charged me $25. I did make it home safely and I didn't see any tire pressure light again until maybe the following week the next time I drive the car.I can't deny the they were nice but just a little too pricey for me to still have the same issue.
