A few days later I showed up unannounced with the laundry and some exacting instructions. Again she was very pleasant to speak with. She stated the delivery date and gave me my receipt. The day before the scheduled pickup she called and asked if I would like anything on hangers. I asked her to just stack everything up and she did. When I arrived to pick up the laundry she indicated that the whites and colored clothes were in separate bags in order to comply with my request to give back to me very very damp shirts, pants etc, anything colored. My clothes have zero smell to them. Everything was very clean, even the things I had worn camping that were quite soiled and smelled, had bug spray etc. Everything was perfectly neatly folded, even my underwear and socks were folded in individual little bags. She delivered according to my ask and to my 100% satisfaction, and with courtesy and kindness. This is definitely one the best if not THE best wash and fold experience I've had across the USA over the past 3 years. The facility was clean and organized and leaves a good impression despite an older building and facade. I would use the service again without hesitation. Many thanks to Rhonda.f

I've heard the family who owns the two businesses has recently passed it down, or a new family has recently taken over or something, but that is no excuse to treat customers extremely poorly. The machines here are gross, your items will likely be lost or damaged here, and you will definitely waste your money here.

When I did arrive, the price was the same as the quote. The jacket turned out beautiful. They took their time and delivered on their promises. Super helpful staff. Will trust them again for any other items I need cleaned!

It was about 30 min b4 I realized it hadn't started washing. It continued to rotate, despite jiggling the handle, and unable to stop it, get my laundry out & move it to another machine. At 7:45AM I texted & called both emergency numbers posted (new owners) listed on wall, for issues. Both phn #'s went straight to voicemail. Slow to respond, I received a text at 8:19AM, from the owner saying "Sorry just waking up. Try setting the temp to warm. I'll be down in 20-30 min to help. Please let me get up n ready. Thank you." Sounds like he already knew that machine wouldn't wash on hot, but had never posted a sign! I did suggest he "post a sign on the machine...", in my text! Meanwhile, my other 2 loads had completed both wash & drying cycles by 8:20AM. The 3rd load FINALLY finished washing at 8:57AM. It's now 9:46AM & I'm going to take my mattress cover out of dryer to finish drying while hanging over deck rails at home. Tired of wasting my valuable 2 day off this week in a hot, humid laundromat. It's frustrating, as I had purposely timed this process so everything would be done simultaneously. I live 20 mins away so can't leave. The owner's lack of oversight cost me 1-1/2 hrs of (extremely limited) time-off.

The lady that works there hangs people's blankets outside where there are people smoking. She got mad and took my laundry out of the washer when it finished because I in my car feeding my baby. My kids each grabbed a cart from the front to help me and she started yelling at them that they're not toys and stop playing. I had to yell back that they are helping. Same lady also swept inside and outside then came inside and swept the folding tables with the SAME broom. Now my 7 year old even knew that was gross. We bring cleaning wipes every time now.

Obviously though, going to a bridal shop, non-traditional dresses are hard to come by and the best I could find was a cute ivory tea length, A-line dress. I really wanted something colorful and floral still so I found some floral tulle at JoAnne's and then searched for a local seamstress to see if anyone local could figure out something to do with my boring ivory dress, and in just a matter of days! Oh and the shoulders needed to be taken in as well!! Mandy was quick to respond, invited me to her home-based shop and said she could do it and would have it done by the next day!! It was even better than I expected! Like a whole new dress and fit like a glove!! I felt absolutely beautiful and received countless compliments! I highly recommend Mandy! I loved this place until they hiked the prices sky high. The large machines are now $8 a load. A…read morefew months ago they were $7. That is cold water only. If you want warm water add $1.50. Used to be. 25. Want hot water? Add $3.00. Used to be $1.00 more for hot water. This is for a standard 33 minute cycle. If you want to do a "superwash load" which is 60 minutes so double the wash and rinse cycles, add another $4.00. I paid $16 a load for a hot water superwash. Never again. That is before drying anything. Small wonder the place was dead on a Friday night after work. Oh and gone are the two nights a week local homeless folks could do a single cold water wash for free. Clearly the goal is to extract as much money as humanly possible from the business. Too costly for me. The bathroom is now locked and for customers only. Have to get the key to use it. I don't like being treated like a criminal after spending north of $50 on laundry. Not a welcoming vibe. Nor was the fact the Dexter Pay app was down for maintenance my entire three hour visit. When I asked a staff member about it I got a blank look and was told they had just arrived and had no idea about that. Clearly no interest in helping me figure it out either. Not what I was expecting across the board. Disappointed.
