I went for a drug test and they sent me to go print the Qpassport as I should of called amd find out first I would of saved me a trip but they were really nice and took care of of me fast in amd out. HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!! Do not even consider this "clinic" for a second!!! I went here for a simple urine drug test for school. When I arrived there were 2 other guys in front of me, also for the same thing so I figure 15-20 mins tops right? I mean it takes 10 seconds to pee in the damn thing & stick a label on it...NOPE! TWO hours I was there! TWO!!! I don't even know how they can call this place a clinic, it is so dingy, like it's stuck in the 70's with filthy chairs & obnoxious, loud old school music to boot. It took about 10 minutes of me standing there to even be acknowledged by one of the "ladies" (way, waaay beyond retirement age). Talk about snail pace! And that's not even the worst of it! One of them finally gets around to me & brings me back into the bathroom, reeks of urine, blech! I do my thing & hand it to her & what does she do!? Grabs it with her bare hands! No gloves!!! GROSS! Talk about unhygienic!!! At least try & avoid contamination lady! She didn't even wash her hands!!! While she was dealing with me another gentleman comes in & after not even being acknowledged knocks on the desk, she gives him a very curt, "I'm busy!" Sheesh lady, I mean at least TRY & be polite to keep some business! As she was finishing with me I didn't think it could get any worse but as I was running to get out of that hell hole the gentleman that came in was there to get a burn treated. My only thought was oh god I hope this lady DOES NOT treat this man's burns! Worst customer service ever. The blonde lady didn't even turn to look at me while talking, she definitely wasn't able to multi task because she seems annoyed or in distress. There was nobody else in there but me. She yelled at me because I showed her my pre employment confirmation on my phone. I mean, why waste paper right? She yelled "No No" and continued to tell me it needs to be printed out. I held my hands up and said "OK it's not a problem." Then said I could return. NOT. I will never come here again. I went to another clinic. Avoid this clinic, it's the worst treatment you could ever receive from someone who doesn't enjoy their job obviously. I returned for my IDOT physical this time the cost was $80 the place has been updated on the inside. The receptionist was a lot nicer, making eye contact, saying please and thank you. This time I had a little bit of a wait but the task was completed without any problems. read more

I walked in with my husband to check him in for a physical that he has to take before starting truck driving school and she just about chewed my head off and tried to kick us both out. I was trying to tell her that his English is limited and that he might need a translator she responded by saying " what's he doing here then and how's he going to pass the driving test because it's in English?" . She was disgusting especially considering she had an accent and I'm sure English is her second language too. Unbelievable the kind of people that are hired to work with the public. Learn some customer service and try to act helpful. I've worked in customer service jobs for most of my career and I've never behaved this badly nor would it cross my mind. I give this so called clinic a -1000 stars the so called MAs are rude . They have no change. it has to be the exactly the $95. I was there to help my husband fill his paper work out because they are in English they don't come in Spanish and they don't want to help you fill them out . And I'm pregnant so they were rude. They start to get the pt mad so their BP can go up so they would have to come back 3 months after again to take another $95 away from you. What kind of clinic does that to pts . They need their medical card to bring food and roof over their head for their families. They don't need stress and make their BPs go up. I work in the medical field for years. they should have more respect and now how to talk to their pts. And instead of putting pictures about the clinic and how it looks . When I asked for her last name she said "you don't need my last name" and hung up on me. That was enough info for me to know I'll never go to Midway Clinic for anything. I don't know how this place is even in business. I went for a simple pre employment drug test. They told me to be there at 8:am, when I arrived there were only 2 people ahead of me. There was this very old lady doing everything intake, answering phone, taking pie samples, at about 9:am the clinic started getting busy. Yet this old lady still by her self with no help trying to check everyone in and still answering phone calls witch the phone would not stop ringing. After I waited 2 hours and I still was not able to pie in the cup I was not able to hold it any longer I called my prospected employer and requested to be send to another clinic. My employer send me to another clinic down the street and I was in and out in about 15 minutes. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone for any reason. It is old,dingy, and dirty, and unsanitary conditions. The City of Chicago department of health needs to shut this place down before they kill somebody. read more
