Was highly recommended for DOT and they did not disappoint. Cash only, nothing fancy but service was outstanding.

Very rude. My father simply asked " How much longer will it take? I have to take my wife to the airport because her mother died". They then proceed to reply with " well what do you want me to do? Plan the funeral? I'll make you wait longer if you keep coming up here." This is disgusting behavior, please avoid coming here. read more

I just have to say how the rude the employees are here. I was simply calling to get some information and the nasty woman who answered the phone was very impatient with me and basically shoed me off the phone. Learn customer service lady if your going to pick up the phone. read more

Extremely disrespectful. If you don't have anything nice to say, you're better off keeping quiet.

Wonderful customer service! I went to get a drug test, it hadn't been 10 minutes when I was already back in my car! They follow regulations per covid, the place is as neat as their job! I was in and out, they were very clear about the process and very kind to explain. read more

Bad attitude and the doctor was very disrespectful!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND, so my dad ask the doctor how long it will take because he had to take my mom to the airport because my grandmother passed away, the doctor proceeded to tell my dad "what do you want me to do, plan the funeral" read more

HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!! Do not even consider this "clinic" for a second!!! I went here for a simple urine drug test for school. When I arrived there were 2 other guys in front of me, also for the same thing so I figure 15-20 mins tops right? I mean it takes 10 seconds to pee in the damn thing & stick a label on it...NOPE! TWO hours I was there! TWO!!! I don't even know how they can call this place a clinic, it is so dingy, like it's stuck in the 70's with filthy chairs & obnoxious, loud old school music to boot. It took about 10 minutes of me standing there to even be acknowledged by one of the "ladies" (way, waaay beyond retirement age). Talk about snail pace! And that's not even the worst of it! One of them finally gets around to me & brings me back into the bathroom, reeks of urine, blech! I do my thing & hand it to her & what does she do!? Grabs it with her bare hands! No gloves!!! GROSS! Talk about unhygienic!!! At least try & avoid contamination lady! She didn't even wash her hands!!! While she was dealing with me another gentleman comes in & after not even being acknowledged knocks on the desk, she gives him a very curt, "I'm busy!" Sheesh lady, I mean at least TRY & be polite to keep some business! As she was finishing with me I didn't think it could get any worse but as I was running to get out of that hell hole the gentleman that came in was there to get a burn treated. My only thought was oh god I hope this lady DOES NOT treat this man's burns! She's touched 3 urine specimens in the time I was there with no gloves & now she's gonna touch this poor unlucky man's burned neck (cringe)!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!!! read more

Worst customer service ever. The blonde lady didn't even turn to look at me while talking, she definitely wasn't able to multi task because she seems annoyed or in distress. There was nobody else in there but me. She yelled at me because I showed her my pre employment confirmation on my phone. I mean, why waste paper right? She yelled "No No" and continued to tell me it needs to be printed out. I held my hands up and said "OK it's not a problem." Then said I could return. NOT. I will never come here again. I went to another clinic. Avoid this clinic, it's the worst treatment you could ever receive from someone who doesn't enjoy their job obviously. It's too bad that the clinic has her face representing it, first thing as soon as you walk in. Disgusted! read more

I'm not one to leave reviews but this doctor was SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Treating my grandfather horribly when he simply asked 'how long the wait would be.' Would never return to this place. They're so unprofessional and I'm unsure how they're even open. read more

I returned for my IDOT physical this time the cost was $80 the place has been updated on the inside. The receptionist was a lot nicer, making eye contact, saying please and thank you. This time I had a little bit of a wait but the task was completed without any problems. read more

Obnotious and rude! Terrible customer service! THE LADY KN THE PHONE SIMPLY HANG UP THE PHONE! Didn't let me finish the question, gave the information she thought was enough and simple hang up the phone! Didn't listen, hang up when I called again. Great Sevice, in and out quickly. Nice friendly staff. Reasonable price DOT physical

If I could go lower, i would. The lady who "assisted" me was awfully rude. She received me with the worst attitude yelling at me to not pull out my phone; the whole time, I wasn't even reaching for my phone. Also, isn't she aware of the current pandemic? She wasn't even wearing a face mask. As a worker and under state order, it is mandatory to have a face mask. All i wanted was a drug screen not a headache. read more

-100 Stars! The receptionist was so rude that Im compelled to leave a review. I walked in with my husband to check him in for a physical that he has to take before starting truck driving school and she just about chewed my head off and tried to kick us both out. I was trying to tell her that his English is limited and that he might need a translator she responded by saying " what's he doing here then and how's he going to pass the driving test because it's in English?" . She was disgusting especially considering she had an accent and I'm sure English is her second language too. Unbelievable the kind of people that are hired to work with the public. Learn some customer service and try to act helpful. I've worked in customer service jobs for most of my career and I've never behaved this badly nor would it cross my mind. People that act like her need to get their heads checked and deal with their own issues instead of taking out their frustrations on others! read more

The receptionist, Joan, is unprofessional and rude. I called simply for hours and was instantly given an attitude. When I asked for her last name she said "you don't need my last name" and hung up on me. That was enough info for me to know I'll never go to Midway Clinic for anything. There are other places. read more

I don't know how this place is even in business. I went for a simple pre employment drug test. They told me to be there at 8:am, when I arrived there were only 2 people ahead of me. There was this very old lady doing everything intake, answering phone, taking pie samples, at about 9:am the clinic started getting busy. Yet this old lady still by her self with no help trying to check everyone in and still answering phone calls witch the phone would not stop ringing. After I waited 2 hours and I still was not able to pie in the cup I was not able to hold it any longer I called my prospected employer and requested to be send to another clinic. My employer send me to another clinic down the street and I was in and out in about 15 minutes. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone for any reason. It is old, dingy, and dirty, and unsanitary conditions. The City of Chicago department of health needs to shut this place down before they kill somebody. read more

I give this so called clinic a -1000 stars the so called MAs are rude . They have no change. it has to be the exactly the $95. I was there to help my husband fill his paper work out because they are in English they don't come in Spanish and they don't want to help you fill them out . And I'm pregnant so they were rude. They start to get the pt mad so their BP can go up so they would have to come back 3 months after again to take another $95 away from you. What kind of clinic does that to pts . They need their medical card to bring food and roof over their head for their families. They don't need stress and make their BPs go up. I work in the medical field for years. they should have more respect and now how to talk to their pts. And instead of putting pictures about the clinic and how it looks . They put pictures of them selfs like really who wants to looks at the MAs . It's about the clinic! ‍ read more

Very rude, unprofessional service and did not open on time. Lady had an attitude. Highly not recommended!

I just don't understand why this clinic still has this blond lady Joan still working there after all this many Yelp reviews. She was rude since the moment we walked in till the end. I just don't get why if you hate your job you take it against others. Her vibe was terrible. On the other hand, the other brunette lady was very nice. This one star goes to her! What a start to my morning. read more
