Long story short, I needed one fuel line replaced, this took over 7 hours and on 30$ of material I was charged over 400$. I was told after 4 hours that the mechanic was still trying to remove the existing line. The updates I was given by the secretary were shotty at best as they were beating around the bush. Be weary of this family owned business, if given the opportunity they might just take you to the bank as they did to me.

I went to this business to have my vehicle safetied and could not believe the headache that…read moreresulted. To make a long story short they provided me with a list of repairs that they insisted were required in order for my vehicle to be safetied. This list include a blower fan, serpentine belt and front lower control arm...among other repairs. I mention those 3 repairs specifically because the blower fan has been replaced 11 months ago and worked as it should, it had a whine to it but was functional (should not and would not impact a safety). Additionally the serpentine belt was in good condition, no cracks, slack or visible damage, no whine or excessive noise occurring from the belt or pulleys. furthermore I had the vehicle in to have the lower control arm and ball joint replaced on the drivers side 4 days prior, a full inspection of the suspension system was conducted and a front and rear alignment. There was no issue noted on that day, nor did an additional shop note the issue that Stop N Steer claimed existed. Oh, and when I went to pick my vehicle up the drivers door was damaged. The hinge pin had been heavily bent and the door would not even close. I had to bring the vehicle to a body shop afterwards to get them to resolve the issue. Overall it was a pretty brutal experience.
