He was able to help me try and trouble shoot over the phone and diagnose and let me know I most likely needed to change out my 20 year old water heaters. He was able to move some clients around his schedule and got us in on Monday! He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He was also very thorough and pointed out various things to me that I needed to understand. He also was very honest and let me know that my pressure was off and that the city would actually fix it for free because of what part of the meter it was located on. Other plumbers could've taken advantage of me and charged me to replace that but he did not. I definitely recommend him and will use him again! He was also reasonably priced! It's great to know that someone actually is still honest in this day and age.

I called Sutherland to get an estimate for replacing my water heater after my neighbor's unit…read morestarted leaking. Since all of our homes were built around the same time, I assumed my water heater was also 17 years old and might need replacement soon. After I sent photos of my water heater and the model details, Ti took the time to look up the serial/model number on the Bradford White website and discovered that my unit was actually only 11 years old, not 17 as I had thought. He texted me back and asked for clearer photos to confirm the manufacturing date. I called him right away, and even though I currently have no issues with my water heater, he generously spent time explaining everything in detail. He told me that Bradford White is a very reliable water heater and that this model generally does not require routine tank draining for maintenance. He also gave me valuable advice for the future, recommending that when I eventually replace the unit, I should install it on a metal drain pan with moisture detection for leak protection. I was genuinely impressed by his honesty, knowledge, and willingness to help without trying to sell me something I don't need right now. He could have easily pushed for a replacement, but instead he gave me thoughtful, professional advice and saved me unnecessary expense. I truly appreciate the time he spent helping me over the phone, and I would absolutely recommend Sutherland to anyone looking for an honest and knowledgeable professional.

I had an emergency and contacted several plumbing services listed on Yelp today. Due to the winter…read morestorm, all the highly-reviewed companies were fully booked for the next 2-3 weeks. While scrolling, I came across Everlasting Plumbing, which had fewer reviews, and hoped they might have a sooner appointment. After sending a quote request, Zak declined, explaining that he was booked for the next 3 weeks as well. However, what set him apart was his next step. He requested my phone number and images of the issue, then called me to share what he would do if it were his own house. Although we couldn't execute exactly what he suggested and basically gave up, our attempts surprisingly made a difference, resolving the problem. To our delight, we hadn't experienced water pressure this high in the shower for years. Although Zak didn't physically come to our house, he generously took time out of his day to assist me, a stranger, over the phone, free of charge. Notably, our issue wasn't even his main specialty, but he wasn't hesitant to admit it and still offered valuable guidance. He also referred me to another company just in case. We're thrilled that the problem is resolved and are immensely grateful for his assistance. Adding to the numerous 5-star Yelp reviews for Everlasting Plumbing, here's one more from me.
