    Let me start by saying for 3 days I've gone to all three locations starting at lake worth. While…read moremaking the appointment I told the woman do they take Humana she said yes I told her it's also car accident related. I gave her my health insurance and car insurance information and told her I have a couple referrals prescriptions. I show up to lake worth after signing in and waiting for 30 minutes the lady calls me up and says Can she help me? I say I have an appointment. She then says I'm not on her schedule. She looks in the computer and says "your at wrong locations your set for gardens you won't make it." I say " I told the woman in scheduling I wanted this office." She apologized then said "we're booked all week here however okeechobee has opening tomorrow at 10:30." I said "ok that will work" she asked for all my papers to scan them in for me for tomorrow. Great! I show up to okeechobee at 10:30 exactly the lady goes to the back in standing there after signing in for about 10 minutes the lady comes back out and "says can I help you?" "I have an appointment and hand her all my docs and say they messed up my appointment yesterday so the lady in lake worth scanned everything on for you." Here she says "well I need it all I don't have it" [what was the point of scanning it yesterday if the lady will need it anyway?] then she says (after another 10 min of paper work) "it's 10:45 we can't see you."!!! My reply "what do you mean I got here at 10:30?" She said "that's our rule they should of told you that if you have a 10:30 you have to me be here by 10:15" "so why don't they tell you that or make your appointment time 15 minutes earlier ?!?! Or even 30 minutes earlier even knows they have to wait anyways! Oh my goodness." So then she said to me there was an opening now in Royal Palm I said "are you sure ? I can't run over there and they not see me." She again said I will Scan everything and went a step further and gave me the paper work fill out. Soooooo I hall butt to Royal Palm and show up sign in. And had all of my paper work, Id and both insurance information. And here it starts again but this time it begins with a Rude woman named Elizabeth rolling her eyes and talking to me like I'm stupid. "What's all this?" It's all the paper work you need this is the 3rd office I've come to in the past 3 days. "Well you still need a Humana referral." I said its there. She said "no this is not the right one" "are you serious? For three days I've come to 3 offices and now you say this? I could of had this before." So I automatically call my dr for the script to be faxed. "You can't do the mri unless you pay is $580, because I don't have the script" "ma'am this is ridiculous you just spoke to my referral lady from my primary that said she will send it with in 10 mins (needed to look up certain codes) before I'm off the table your going to have the codes." "No you need to pay first " "ok if I pay before I go in and then when I come out and you have the script will you refund my cash?" "No." !!!!! "Excuse me! You guys are unorganized! Unprofessional! You Shoild of told me that 3 days ago when I made the first appointment or the other 2 offices could have told me and in the car on the way here I would have had it sent so it would be clear!! Your ridiculous, give me all my paper work back. I will never use your company again" "that's fine ma'am don't blame me" "it's not your faults it's your companies fault, what is your fault is your attitude! I'm in pain and your being a pain" Yes my experience. Why give an appointment time and the. Have a policy to show up 15 minutes before your time. Why not schedule the appointment with the time included . Mind you no one told me about the 15 min time until the second office. Also when you call them they ask you for all the numbers and policy numbers and metal and pregnancy question BEFORE the appointment is made! So why not ask the proper questions when it's and auto accident primary and health secondary and specify all docs needed. They've waisted 6 hours of my life the past 3 days!!! I will never go to them or suggest anyone go to them. I called my dr Lloyd Lagrange in the midtown parking lot and spoke with Charlotte the woman in charge of referrals and scripts. She told me she'd handle it. I hadn't got to drive away yet and I got a call From MiMi from "Concept Open Imaging 561-540-8100 " saying she's sorry about what happened and can see me Monday at 8:30. She is the best sweated person to help me. I told her what happened and do I need to show up earlier or will not be seen said laughed and said no & told me everything I needed to bring ! So if you need a great dr with a wonderful stuff Dr Lloyd Lagrange (561) 832-0183 if you want a great kind imagining center for MRI CATSCAN X-RAY call Concept Open Imaging 561-540-8100 Don't waste your days, times , strength and patience on Midtown imaging center they do NOT care about you, your pain or your situation!!!!

Following a harrowing ER visit for a ganglion cyst pressing on nerves and veins in my wrist, I scheduled a follow-up specifically for this acute issue. What followed was a masterclass in medical dismissal and lack of empathy. Administrative and Clinical Failures: * Total Lack of Communication: Despite being explicit that this visit was for my wrist (not my usual hypermobile thumb issues), the staff ignored my intake. They ordered the wrong X-rays and then blamed me for not providing hospital records they claimed they couldn't access--records the ER confirmed were available to them. * Physical Insensitivity: While in the office, I was accidentally bumped into a doorframe, causing an agonizing flare-up of nerve pain (common with my classic EDS) that left me nearly fainting and vomiting. * Rough Examination: When the PA finally entered--visibly annoyed and refusing to even look at me--she ignored my explanation of the injury. She grabbed my protecting arm and "poked and prodded" the site, causing further excruciating pain. The Breaking Point: When Dr. Pedro finally entered, she did not offer care; she offered judgment. She explicitly told me my pain was an "overreaction," citing her "thousands of patients" as a reason to dismiss my individual experience. Because they had failed to order the correct wrist views, she claimed there was nothing she could do, effectively ghosting me while I was in an active medical crisis. The Verdict: Dr. Pedro and her PA were rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional. They reduced a 20-year relationship to a "sum of parts" and invalidated the very real symptoms of a patient with a complex connective tissue disorder. If you have EDS or any condition where your body doesn't "behave" normally, stay away. No one deserves to be treated like rubbish or made to apologize for the pain they are in. I am hurt, I am angry, and I am moving my care to someone who understands the meaning of dignity and kindness.

    Came in for blood work to meet my jobs health incentive requirement. Upon walking into the…read morebuilding, the waiting room was empty except for one other guest. Due to the active virus there was no receptionist at the front desk but rather a tablet kiosk where you are able to enter any of your identifying information to check-in. The process was very quick, checked-in in less than a minute. There is also conveniently a hand sanitizing station on the wall next to the kiosk for use prior and/or after check-in. I had a seat across the room and noticed on the tv monitor patient last names and their anticipated wait time to be seen projected in a small column to the right of whatever is being broadcasted. I thought this to be very helpful given the circumstances. Upon being called back to be seen I was sat in an adjacent waiting room until a phlebotomist came to assist me. The attendant assured me the room and everything in it had been sterilized prior to me entering. My vitals were taken and blood drawn within a few minutes. It took longer for the attendant to verify my information than anything else. Very quick and seamless process.

Finally I drove to quest for walk-in appointment. No one at the front desk with a sign telling you to sign in at the kiosk. I did it ask if you would like to finish registration on your phone, I agreed. No mater what you do it won't allow you to complete the registration on the phone. I'm good at these things and it just did not work. Finally I try to ask for help at the desk. The woman I spoke to acted as though I was a Moran. She said I didn't follow directions and if I just sat down someone would call me. I witnessed them arguing with several patients, all had the same complaint. They all wanted to ask questions, find out what was taking so long. How much longer will it take. The staff is quite hard to get along with. Not willing to help. Not compassionate about the people they are treating. Take it from me, if you have a choice, go somewhere else
