So, fast forward to this afternoon around 1 p.m. Last night my ignition module locked up and it needed to go to a dealer for work. First, they do NOT list a phone number on their website. Clearly, they don't want to answer phones. They did have a "chat" link so I sent three messages. Finally someone in SALES called me - I wanted service. This guy tried to transfer the call and luckily he had given me the phone number as it disconnected me. When I got the service department, I told them the problem and was told I could bring it in - I said it would be about an hour. When I walked to the service desk, the first thing I was asked, was "where is your ride to take you home?" I said I needed to get a rental car. Then, he said they could not, at all, get to even diagnosing it for TWO WEEKS. He could have told me that on the phone at 2:30!!! But, no, he waited till I had drive 25 miles (I had told him where I was coming from) and he never said anything about not being able to get a rental in that town! They had no way of arranging for one. they DID call Enterprise, but it was after 3 p.m., their cutoff for picking me up, from a town 40 minutes away! My engine was still on, I drove to a shop in the adjoining town near where I live. By the time I got the local Enterprise on the phone, SAME issue - no ride.
