After reviewing the company's policy to contact them "within 2 days of your original spray and we will gladly try and correct it or provide you with a store credit [valued at the tan you received] for a future service," I called in. I tried to explain my situation, but the owner was beyond rude and refused to believe that they did not spray me completely. I had taken photos to show proof, but she did not seem to care and did not adhere to the policy that she created. I will not return to her business.

So I bought 50 min for $60 most recently and that suddenly expire for not coming. It's not as if I make an appt and don't show up. It's not like someone can't use the bed. I'm literally pre-paying and you're saying my money vanished. You literally take my money and bc I don't come frequently enough to cause skin cancer, my money somehow loses its value. The last package expired last week. $60 for 50 minutes (6 sessions) in the lowest level bed. Not only did my money just suddenly have no value when I went to buy a new package it was now $84 for 5 sessions. The front desk receptionist or tanologist said "well if you don't come we get to keep your money". Cmon Catherine. Gone are the days when your girls treated customers of 30 years with a smile and a morsel of respect. Left a message and asked Catherine the owner who is so nice in person to give me a call. Nothing.

I couldn't believe how much these lashes brightened my face, but weren't overdone. I saw her again for the wedding and, again, in love. Leo is easy to talk to and she knows what she's doing. Lastly, when I woke up the day before my wedding with a couple of stray lashes, the front desk got me in quickly to fix.
