I didn't have my portion (deductible) today and they would not bill me. That's fine, but she (Stephanie) was rude about it. There's no reason for that. If it was the policy, she would have never called billing and spoke about me in my face as though I wasn't there. But thankfully, I don't go low. I left without being seen but I also didn't reschedule because anywhere that doesn't care about me as a person can't care about my health. It doesn't matter to them, I'm sure, but they still lost a patient today. I've been going there since 2016! But today ended that "relationship." I'll find somewhere that still treats people like people.

Their medical assistant they…read morehave especially the Nurse Practitioner Stephanie Gunn assistant is awful and can't do her job good. They like to call you 1-2 hr before your appointment to cancel it, they are so dramatic and don't know how to keep their personal business at home instead of bringing it to work. Stephanie Gunn like to tell you about her husband cheating on her and his mistress keying up her car. So if you go to her, you better be careful because you may get attack by someone you don't know because of their personal drama in my opinion. Now the facts are I have been lied to several times and have the message to prove it and the intelligence level that the medical assistant Nicole has is not up to part for her job duties. Than she like to disrespect you by saying smart remarks and when you say something back it's a problem. The office manager there don't really care and they will lie to you to keep you from writing complaints. I have even have the NP I was seeing sent me to have the wrong thing done, for the people at Lexington to tell me thats what I don't need and I need this. This place is awful , unprofessional, and to much of drama. It is my best opinion to never recommend anyone to go there . Exactly, why I told my mom if she die or something bad happens because of them, I will not help her because she choose to stay knowing about all of this that I speak of . When you got messages and audio proof. There is nothing no one can say . So they won't load my photos but hey just go to google. Even employees agree . There are so many negative to review on them, it's not hard to find. It's one on indeed empolyees and couple of them talking had bad the office is ran and how bad the so called professional like the nurse Practitioner is. I can't make this up if I tried

I needed a follow up procedure based on an outcome of a test done in Ft Myers in February. I signed all the necessary paperwork to have records transferred. I called multiple times to make sure they were received because this new test relies on the previous testing. Literally I was asked to make sure they were records were sent. I called the Dr's office, I called the records office. So when I got to my test yesterday, they were unable to proceed. Why? Because they were sent pages of text not even typed across a page, no images as requested and no one thought to look at this as odd. Better yet, my test was moved to Camden from Columbia because the pipes burst at the hospital. So a 45 minute drive for nothing. When I went to the Blythewood office whoever requested records, checked the box no scans or radiology needed. They initially tried to blame me or Ft Myers, but I wasn't having it. My husband has been waiting a month for them to figure out how to complete a prior authorization and how to bring in samples when the Dr. can be present to sign for them. It's not that they are not nice, but no one ever takes responsibility for mistakes. It's okay to mess up, if you own it and try to fix it and this never happens and in the end the only person who is inconvenienced and suffers is the patient.

I did not realize the tools available through other carriers for choosing services. I've since learned from my insurance broker that Dr. Prince does not meet UHC's standards for low cost (efficiency) or quality outcomes. I made the mistake of mentioning some past elevated test results my last doctor was monitoring. Dr. Prince tested me and confirmed it had lowered to normal range - then stuck me with a diagnosis as if there were a problem, causing me to have to pay the entire amount (diagnostic, high deductible plan) for what otherwise would have been a preventative visit. The office manager will not even return calls to discuss. This has truly been an awful experience.
