When I call for help, they take care of it. I bought my own tank in addition to my leased tank, and they helped me get that organized. Recently I smelled propane outside my garage, and in the cold weather it got worse. I feared the garage regulator was bad. I called for help on a Friday afternoon. Service told me it's Friday afternoon, but I will try. She called me back that Justin would be there in an hour and a half. He was. Super kid, very knowledgeable, and very professional. Turns out my dielectric unions were loose on my regulator. He fixed that, explained in detail what he did, and was in no hurry to leave until I was satisfied. I have always have felt safe that Ritchie has my back. All my neighbors use them. They also take care of the propane and diesel fuel for our snowmobile club. Good people. Mark

By the end of my first 3 year contract I had amassed a $2,200 credit. Superior Fuel refused to send me a check because they claim they applied my budget payments first and that the credit would be refunded to fuel assistance. Corporate crooks. I ended up signing another 3 year agreement so I could use the credit. They agreed no more budget payments until the credit was gone. My three years are now up and I'm changing suppliers. Customer service was very rude to me. I thought it was because I was on fuel assistance however after reading reviews they're jerks to everyone. Good riddance.

This year they emailed it and it went to junk so I never seen it. When I called in October they said there was nothing they could do about it I missed the deadline. What a huge disappointment! I have been with them for over twenty years. Next year I will be shopping for new propane company!
