Dr. Kris Madhu and the staff were very informative, and very patient with answering all of my questions (I'm my mom's caregiver). Dr. Kris Madhu has an angel like gift for caring for his patients. He is sincere in helping provide care, compassion and empathy. My mom and me felt heard, again the Dr. and staff were so patient in truly helping understand what my mom was going through. Turns out my mom has a hiatal hernia, is very anaemic, and has an ulceration. Dr. Kris Madhu carefully informed us of my mom's condition, walked through next steps (CT Scan) (medications) and scheduled a follow up visit. There is zero customer service here -- no apology, no accountability, just attitude. Not to mention, I highly suspect the majority of these "patients" are not here legally. Her personality is quite mellow but don't be fooled by this. She's calm and relaxed but is often able to discern with laser pinpoint precision what exactly is wrong and how to help our children within minutes! Another great thing is that she isn't one of those rotten doctor's offices that quadruple books a 15 minute time slot to make money but make you and your kids suffer for three hours in a room full of sick kids. Every pediatrician has done this in the area. Again, she is a professional and provides a professional environment.
