The problem with this is that I never opened a storage unit with their business. I informed their representatives of this on four separate occasions and yet I still recieved calls. Their hours are subject to change without notice and they have several incompetent representatives who are unable to make notes in files or relay information about services. Best bet is to steer clear and avoid issues with this location.

They called us and said if we didn't come get it they would charge an additional $80 for its removal. We called and asked if they could unlock the dumpster and that's when they told us it's up to the managers discretion if we could use it. Absolutely price gouging. They are a privately owned facility; not some chain business. I have had my belongings stored here…read moresince about Oct 2005, and the entire time my family has been military. Now, the government isn't always the greatest at keeping our paychecks straight, so there have been months that we have been short and unable to pay all of our bills on time. The owners of this facility have been amazing with working with me during these times. As long as I let them know what is going on, I never have to worry about if my belongings will be sold at auction like another facility would do. The owner lets me make payments that work for my family, while giving me the peace of mind I need. I have also never had to worry about if my belongings are safe or not. I wouldn't move my things anywhere else...except into my own home, once we get a larger place.
