But I have to say, this Combee Wells Fargo location is completely the opposite of that. I've had to stop here for various reasons and it's always been a pleasant experience. From stopping at the front desk for help to booking an appointment for an investment and advice, the workers here aren't your typical lacking personality, unfriendly type. They're pretty lively and always super helpful. Jose is the banker I've met with and he's just a charm. Such a sweet and genuine person who wants to help advise in whatever way he can.

IMHO Worst bank ever. Just this morning (which is 2+ Years after closing my account) they are…read moresending me emails to re-order checks...Really? In 2020 they changed their routing number and locked down the online banking during the Pandemic. It's bad news when you are not able to access your finances. The Business was closed, and not even answering the phones at that point. This does not inspire confidence when the world is in turmoil. I drove to the Bank and withdrew both my Savings and Checking Accounts. Apparently when I closed my account they did not stop the bill pay. There was no account to withdraw from, but that did not stop them. A month later they call me to tell me they we acting as my Fiduciary by paying my bills (still). They wanted money from me to repay their error. What a joke! I know that I am not the only person that this happened to.
