I am not going to say there is a particular location that is crappy. Just their telephone support…read morein general are just rude! Did they forget they work for us? I have never been so disrespected, talked down to, interrupted, impatient, hung up on, lied to and calls not returned. Thats not good service. Five years of payments and this is how they treat you! All I say is RUN, do not get a loan here and this is coming from a Banker, experienced loan officer and this isn't how I handle business to get a repeat customer or referrals. This side, I would hate to see the banking or even mortgage side of this place.

First Fidelity Bank is the perfect choice for my Oklahomies looking to get their money out of big banks. Maybe you're in to the Occupy Wall Street thing or maybe you're getting really into patronizing local businesses. Maybe you feel you're being overcharged by the big guys. I've been at FFB for 15 years and they do a great job. In fact, one of the only bad things I've ever had to say is that their website is a little clunky, but they've just launched a new site that I totally love. I know you think you stay at the big bank because of all the ATMs, but FFB has added a mobile deposit feature whereby you snap a photo of a check on your smart phone and deposit it via the interwebs. (Does this mean the Future has finally arrived?) Also, all ATMs at their 21 metro area locations and all 7-11s are free. Finally, in the event you're out of town or can't make it to one of the free ATMs, there is a very easy form you can fill out to get reimbursed the ATM fee. I feel like that is a pretty good effort to make sure you're not charged a fee in lieu of having 10,000 locations. Adding Desmond Mason (who happens to be one the nicest, most interesting celebrity I've ever met) as a spokesperson was a great choice. He does art with kids! Bonus: Five different deals for Keep It Local cardholders on everything from car loans to deposit accounts and mortgages. They're owned by Oklahomans who do lots of great works in our communities.

I recommend that if you've had issues with them you should file a formal complaint like I did at: https://complaint.mycreditunion.gov/Complaint/createcasev2?sfdcIFrameOrigin=null In November I went to deposit cash using their drive thru. I bank with a shared credit union in another state so have to use them sometimes. Their bill collector had been INCORRECTLY COUNTING MONEY. When I asked about it they had no answers then they told me I couldn't deposit cash into my account because I had a "restriction". I had used my card twice that same hour, before and after that. Called my bank, checked my accounts, literally no restrictions or anything suspicious at all. Their employees lied to me about my account then when I panicked they laughed and hung up the camera call. As you can see someone from their company reached out to me and told me their regional manager would also be in contact the following day. After a week of not hearing from anyone I called someone even higher to explain the dishonesty at this location and was even encouraged by other representatives at this company to contact him but he also never answered or followed up. Months later I still can't believe their employees- Bryan and Emily did that to me and it freaks me out that people like them are in a position where they deal with other peoples money... they definitely should not be. This one experience of many with them changed my outlook on this company forever and I recommend FOCUS credit union if you're looking for another credit into on to open an account with.
