Mr. Chris Derrick and Vincent Willis are the reason for this review!…read more First off Chris was spectacular, as a fellow sales associate (mattresses) I never once felt pressured, nor did I ever feel any of the negative feelings that are associated with with a large purchase. Chris was kind, professional and most importantly honest! For that sole reason I was at your dealership for almost 6 hours DETERMINED to purchase from this man. There is only ONE ford dealership in Oklahoma and that's METRO FORD! As for Vincent, my brother in Christ was always so honest and compassionate. This was my first car purchase and I truly felt like I walked out of his office a bit smarter yesterday. He was patient and took his time to really break down what I was getting into the best ways to go about My purchase and even helping me with my future with this truck. Vincent is the only person I'll ever want to deal with in the future for financing! Gentlemen bless you in Jesus name and thank you for the most wonderful experience. I've ever even seen at a car dealership. Let alone head in my life bless you both.

BEWARE They will smile at your kids who are finally excited to not be smushed in a car we paid $4,000 down, and know that this vehicle will not last and they do not care. No morals, and cold hearted, no empathy, and just truly all around so bad. I literally loved the people and everything when I came here, and now since our first "Free oil change" my car is messed up and they DO NOT HONOR THEIR WORK. DO NOT do the free oil changes and do not trust any mechanic there to touch your vehicle. They will mess it up more so you have to come back. I will continue to make reviews about this company so no family is scammed. Sickening. I work for a collision repair shop and deal with many cars and issues, and no matter how good I thought I had it taken care of meaning warranty, gap, their extra $5,000 for BS that is literally robbing us of our down payment on our loan. God is truly the one these people are gonna have to deal with at the end of the day because they have to sit with themselves and what they do. I truly will continue to let all my customers at my collision repair shop to not go here. We are one of the top shops in the region and deal with many fords, and luxury vehicles. I tell all my customers the terrible experience and how to not trust them. Buyer beware. Thank you! oh, and I would love for manager in a higher up position who can actually care and listen, but nobody has cared since me and my 3 daughters walked in to find a vehicle because someone crushed our and we could finally get what we wanted, $4,000 down, and we got sold a lemon. My girls love this van, and it is a shame that this is happening. Shame on Metro Ford, do better. Be better, and know how terrible this situation is. we came back after buying the vehicle, and it was like completely terrible vibes and service. I am patient, kind, and work with people and vehicles every day. I hate that me and my family were fooled. You guys will be fools, when I keep spreading the message forever. when I never stop telling people to avoid here. In person, social media, reviews, everything. You guys are just as bad as Kalidy Kia and I promise people will know. Thank you for stealing from a family.
