Overall I've had good interactions with the organization as a whole but don't choose Dr Gohel as a doc. She is a competent enough doctor but her office manager is a self important Nazi who will man handle you if you dare to ask for her help. I just had a back surgery and wanted a telehealth visit with th doc. Ms Frazier told me that since I hadn't seen the doc ( my PCP) I had to come in person per policy. I emphasized that I cannot move and asked her to look into making an exception. She got very short with me taking the tone of a kindergarten teacher speaking to a child. So, in summary, if you enjoy being spoken down to for daring to ask a scheduler--Ms Frazier--to speak with the doc about making a reasonable exception or some equally reasonable request then choose dr Gohel as your Doc and enjoy the condescending, dominating attitude of her head office manager. Lord knows how she treats waiters or others in her life over whom she has some kind of power--but hey, if ur into that sort of thing then you know where to go. read more

The doctors are great but over scheduled. Waited three months for a physical with my primary. I arrived on time for my appointment. Not sure why, I guess their time is more important than mine I waited for an hour before seeing the nurse and then another 45 before seeing the doctor. 2 hours and 45 minutes for a physical is ridiculous!!!! read more

I went here today because I hurt my foot last week and was concerned it might be broken. I walked in today, saw a doctor, had x rays, had them read, and was given an appointment to see a podiatrist (foot doctor) on Monday(It was broken, haha). They gave me a boot to wear and I was on my way. This was all done within an hour. I have been here multiple times and highly recommend it. I love the blonde doctor and all the nurses that work there. They are very personable. 5/5 read more

What a bunch of dumb idiots! Husband went because he had what appeared to be a bullseye from a tick bite so he went to get tested and get antibiotics. The Dr told him to start the meds and would call with results early the next week since it was a Friday. We waited and waited and never got results - we called several times last week and even spoke to a PA and were then told it would take a week to ten days to get results which we were told we would have in days! Well its 12 days now with no results and when we called today we were told they were never ordered!!! How could they not realize that when we spoke to them several times last week about getting the results! DONT GO HERE I'd like to give no stars at all.... read more

wish I could give a negagive number. brought my daughter in for X-rays for her ankle. We were the only people in the waiting room the entire time we were there. had a horrible experience and we didn't even get seen. X ray tech LEFT knowing she had a patient waiting and didn't care. i witnesed the conversation between the tech and another employee. He told her she had one more patient and she didnt care!!! We sat there and no one came out to tell us until almost 30 mins later than they couldn't do X-rays because she left already. my daughter had an ankle the size of a softball in pain and they couldn't care. what has happened to our healthcare. we left with zero service at all. stay away from this place. read more

If you want to sit For and at least an hour and a half For "immediate" care you can really go anywhere. Update: So it gets even worse!! Horrific experience with terrible service. I was asked to wait outside prior to being seen, but they kept me outside for an hour even though they only saw 2 other patients. Once brought inside it was 40 minutes prior to being seen, and we were not even seen by a doctor before they told us to leave. I do not recommend this place at all, they are horrible. read more

I've been a patient for three years at Immediate Care, Chester, NY. The staff is friendly for the most part. I chose to go there because it's close to home and usually I can be seen within a reasonable amount of time when I schedule an appointment. Main frustration is lack of understanding and attentiveness from the front desk to the PA's. I called my PA at 8:15am regarding being weened off some medication, left a message with the front desk. Hadn't heard anything so I called back at 4:15pm the same day and was told that my PA hadn't gotten the message that she was with patients all day. Really?! I get that but I work all day too. My question would've taken less then 5 minutes. I expressed my frustration calmly with the front desk and was the response was simply, OK. Ugh. So much for caring. well where do i begin, the unprofessional front desk, rude, eating while taking my info, i overheard everything from hot tub conversations to the talking badly about a patient they had on hold. the doctor was just as bad, his suit was from the 70s they dont even make that material anymore. but he could have cared less about me or my pain. when i brought up a question which was related to why i was there ortho he said oh know your not here for that your here for your back so there will be no questions about your hands. then on the way out they asked for a co-pay well i wasnt happy with there service so just like a tip after poor service there wasnt gonna be a copay, the rude front desk woman who was still eating mind you it was 10 oclock in the morning said if you dont pay in advance at your next appointment you will not be seen. well honey dont worry about ever seeing me again, money hungry doctor has his staff trained well. let me remind you doctor you took a oath, you are not living up to it. you look like you are way past retirement age, you should be thankful i didnt get ignorant, apparently you never been assaulted by a patient, keep pushing your luck old timer it will happen sooner than later. wish i could stand outside with a sign and tell people how bad this place is. oh i had to give at least one star, you dont deserve that ! read more
